[Resolved]  Suvidhaa Service Is Totally Fail — software hang

as far as my experience goes , Suvidhaa is one of the best performer in rail.

i don't think so, i am using suvidhaa more then two months,
i never come a cross any issues
suvidhaa makes the way for easy all consumers

I am using Suvidhaa counter, it is one of the best prformer.i had easy bill, but they have not kept their promise, e=wheras Suvidhaa's performance is good.I have recovered my money in 3 motnhs.

I don't think this is coming out of reality. Because i am getting my travel tickets through suvidhaa only. I don't know how this guy is getting this kind of problem from suvidhaa. I am suggesting that if possible you can use suvidhaa for all your needs. Possible recommend your friends and relatives to do the business through suvidhaa.

Suvidhaa is failed in NCR. Even retailers have stopped working due to no tie-ups with billers as promissed.

Distributors suggesting take EASY BILL happily to all their retailers as EASY BILL has become the BAAP IN THE INDUSTRY.

electricity bills not workinng .I have very bad experiance with suvishaa.

my son was going to tundala from gorakhpur on 05.10.2008 through Amrapali Express PNR No[protected] was in waiting ticket the TTE of coach No S 7 has taken Rs 500/ and and mishaved & aloted bearth No 28

I HAVE PERSONALY EXPERIENCE THAT SUVIDHAA MANAGMENT INCLUDING PARESH RAJDE IS CHOR PERSON AND WHEN THEY WANT MONEY AT THAT TIME THEY WILL BEHAVE LIKE BEGGER AND WHEN THEY WANT TO GIVE MONEY THEN THEY ARE BEHAVING LIKE CHOR COMPANY.

PLEASE DO NOT INVEST ANY MONEY AND ALSO DO NOT BE THE PART OF SUVIDHAA OUT LET OR DISTRIBUTION. IT WILL MAKE YOU HUGH LOSS. ( PERSONAL ADVICE )

The Suvidhha Lic Primium Suvidhha Is best, I advise to BSNL lendline & Electricity Bill atteched in suvidhha.

it's some times better but not all time...help desk is worst, [protected] number not working any one not respond...new software is no print option after booking at in reservation window, no print option at in transaction status window, in that window not shown ticket transaction ID, distributors not update balance to retailers in time, totally very very very very worst...worst :77%, aver :20%, best :3% its in andhra pradesh suvidhaaa status.
