[Resolved] Suzuki Access 125 — battery problem | |||
I have 2 Suzuki access in my home, both are have button start problem,1 Suzuki battery was changed. And one was not .The day I have taken this bike after 6 months I am facing this problem ,2-3 time my bike was taken to workshop only the reason was bike is not getting ON. But they didn’t said that there was battery problem. As one year completed, than they are telling there was a battery problem.[Even I have complained to workshop the same, but there was NO proper response] Was this information helpful? | |||

a complaint is already submitted to you on dt:-22/10/009 but no action taken yet .As per dealers statement 10days required to change a battery ( exchange from a local battery dealer) today we call at workshop they answered that 3 or 4 days more required .no one gives us answer properly .is this is the motto of satisfaction of customers ? what action taken by you? who give us proper reply?
