[Resolved]  Suzuki Access 125 — Dealer's Service not satisfactory

Dear Suzuki Authorities,
I bought suzuki access 125 scooter from Classic Omega showroom at Thrissur in Kerala State. Service period is going on. I told the showroom-service section about my vehicle's starting complaint. Deliberately both of the sections ie; kick start and button are not working. They sent assistants twice into my house. But after their repair it again collapses. In the case of service they are friendly in the beginning but after some days they are not behaving in a favourable manner. And in the case of this showroom in Poonkunnam,Thrissur,Kerala- not much facilities for good service. Dears, please inform them to behave in a good manner to the customers and make awailable facilities for service. They are only profit oriented. If this countinues your product may lost it's mileage in our area. Please take necessery actions...

WITH DUE RESPECT I BEG TO SAY THAT SIR I DROP MY SCOOTER{ SCOOTER NO. :HR29U4219} IN PRIYANSHI MOTORS (P) LTD.
MY CHASIS NO.:MB8CF4CAB98199261 ENGINE NO.:F[protected] ,JOB NO.:5820,INVOICE NO.:WS- 7364.MY SCOOTER ENGINE IS SEAZED THEY HAVE NOT DONE SERVICE PROPERLY AND MAKE BILL OF RS7500:00.I DROP MY SCOOTER ON DATE 28/11/2011 & THEY SAID YOUR SCOOTER IS READY IN ONE WEAK,AFTER ONE WEAK THEY SAID WE HAVE NOT KIT SO YOUR SCOOTER IS IN HALF OF WORKING PROCESS THEN THEY GAVE DATE AFTER FOUR DAYS BUT FINALLY GAVE SCOOTER ON DATE16/12/2011.IN YOUR THIS SERVICE CENTER THEY CHANGE MY SCOOTER BELT AND SAID IT'S BELT IS ALSO DAMAGED AND RS 5000 MORE SPENT ON IT TO SMOOTH DRIVE.
I SAID BUT MY BELT IS OK BEFORE COMING IN SERVICE CENTER,THAN THEY SAID WE DON'T KNOW.I GO TO THE MANGER OF PRIYANSHI MOTORS AND TELL COMPLETE PROBLEM HE SAID YOUR BELT IS DAMAGED THEN I ASKED SUZUKI CENTER PHONE NO. OR COMPLAINT BOOK HE SAID WE HAVE NO PHONE NO. OR COMPLAINT BOOK AND TALK IN VERY RUADLESS MANNER.
PLEASE SIR TAKE AN APPROPRITE ACTION ON THIS.

AND
RESOLVE MY SCOOTER PROBLEM.
