Suzuki Access 125 — Not Repaired my vehicle properly | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, I am Arun Kumar.K, i left my Access Vehicle for service on 29/05/2012 in Saptagiri Auto Private Limited - Raj Kumar road, Bangalore- 10. They dint repair my vehicle properly. I informed to solve all issues in the vehicle, but they refuse to do my vehicle work. 1. I inform them that my backside wheel is shaking please correct it, but they dint do. 2. Before in my vehicle the horn was good, but after i left the service center i am unable to horn properly. 3. Mainly after service the person need to wash the vehicle properly, but for my vehicle they dint even wash the body of vehicle, the dust in vehicle remains same when i left my vehicle to the service. 4. The back wheel is not so free to move in vehicle off mode. Note: If the Suzuki Company not solve my issue with in 2days, i ll claim an complaint regarding this in Consumer court. Really i am not satisfied in this service, i paid 3000rs for this. I need a immediate response from the Suzuki Company and they need to solve my issue as soon as possible. They dint repair my vehicle properly. I informed to solve all issues in the vehicle, but they refuse to do my vehicle work.
