You made one of the worst Scooters and hopeless service center. At my first service I face bad experience of Petrol theft near about 2 to3 Ltr and same I experience at second service also. After complaint to work shop Manager he never took it seriously after waiting ½ an hour I sought strongly then he pour ½ Ltr Petrol, so at least I reach to petrol pump. I bought Access on 11/4/2011 and from next 7th day the front side one indicator is not working they repair it on every service but the condition is same; within 4 month the better of scooter was not working I bring scooter at service center they took better out of scooter and hand it to me, and I have to search EXID better service center and replace it. I request them I don’t know any EXID better service center, so please replace it and even it’s not my job but they deny and told me, it’s my job we can’t help you; true because I made mistake that I bought this third class scooter. At the same time my Speedo meter is not working I shown them they told me the cable of meter is not working so have to replace and I have to bear cost. Can you just explain me what happen within 4 month to the cable and why I have to bear cost of it? When the scooter is at warranty period and I never misuse or made an accident so why I suffer ever thing. Even at the time of sale the sale person told me of 2 years guaranty warranty and new he told me to see in Manual Book.
