Suzuki Access — irresponsible servicemen | |||
I own suzuki access 125 since june 2012, i have been regularly giving bike for service in Jain suzuki pallavaram. Last time(Oct) when i gave my bike for service. I had a Free service. The free service is always the worst service here. After getting the delivery of the bike I came back with the complaint on their service for almost 5 times. This time little delayed as i had a accident with that Bike. 1) issue with the Brake as the Bike back wheel was making nosie when i hold the brake. I went again in two days 2) I had indicator buzzer added by them on that service that stopped working. I had to go again 3)The seat was not fixed the person put the screws in side the container and gave the bike with fixing the seat. 4) airfilter burst while trying to start, i was told that The sir filter was change but it was. Now Bikes mileage has gone down like hell. I met with an accident due to the loose brake. Tyres are going lose and got to tigh them almost every 30days. Headlight doesnt glow properly on high beam. Indicator itself has gone loose that i have to press it hard to work. Finally now after one month of my accident my dad gave the bike for service, they delayed delievery when asked the Manager himself in workshop says he is busy with other calls and cant answer my call and hangs up on me. Now for fixing what they should have fixed before they are charging me 4000RS. Good way to make money. but talking so rudely to me I wont accept. I need a resolution ASAP.
