[Resolved] Suzuki Access — Dealer not providing servicing of vehicle at our place | |||
I am Residing at Wardha ( near Nagpur). I have purchased suzuki access from BigWig-Nagpur in the month of May-2010. At the time of purchase BigWig assured about opening of servicing facility at our location.But when my first service was due & i have contacted to BigWig-Nagpur, they asked me for some more time for opening of service facility at Wardha.From that onwards whenever i have contacted them they told me within 4-5 days we will arrange some service camp at Wardha but till now there is no service camp. So kindly suggest us What to do next.This kind of cheating is not expected from the Reputed Company like Suzuki India & their dealer network.So kindly take the necessary action in this matter. Could you please guide us on whom we should contact in this regard. Also, we would be thankful to you if you could provide us with the email addr of concern person. Thanks.
