[Resolved]  Suzuki Gs150r — no responce on previous complaints (natraj showroom, gurgaon)

IS THIS WORTH TO BUY SUZUKI ?

the bike is good, , but customer assitance is pathtic . its been 2wice i have complaint against some problems but unfortunately result is zero. so a question arises that did i commit any mistake to buy this bike .
by this complaint i am giving suzuki a wake up call that your service centres loosing faith of your customers. i ask them everytime of servicing that have they some solution of my problems but again and again same answers " next time '.
these r the problems i am facing but no solutions.
1. 8th may, complaint against front right hand indicator asked them twice personally but responce again "NEXT TIME" and so many times on phone ([protected] - rahul,[protected], 39)

2. ignition and handle lock got loos with in one month, i apporached them but the people even dont have proper tools to operate it . i had to wait there for 3 precious hours which were not required if they had proper tools or handling kit .

3.engine on/off switch (red colour) is not working properly . n the service centre doent has any solution .

4 head light assembly is loose enough to vibrate freely n the person says tht its cant be controllable fault its a fault of manufacturer (SUZUKI).

i would like to ask on through this mail tht a company which has a big name at interational level but we r not getting services even at domestic level . IS THAT NAME FAKE(SUZUKI). OR WE INDIANS USING SCRAP

hey you should mail to Suzki's head office. they will help you I have some problem with disc break systems first time they were ignored to change the parts but i complained against them after that they called me to change the entire unit.
I have purchesed Suzuki motor cycle (Zeus 125) from Automatic Auto & it services pvt. ltd.Shop no.43, 44 Kakade plaza Opp. kakade city Karve nagar Pune Ph.[protected] on dated 20/11/2008 Ihave complaint against some problem e.g. 1) RC book not given by till time. 2) Damage battery i have not received new battery yet from dealer. 3) As per ur company scheme i have not got Crash Helmet from dealer.I have compaint many times by telephonic with Mr. Joshi main dealer Pune [protected] & Mr. Ravi Yadav [protected] ) but there was no response so i met him personaly on dated 9/07/2009 ( Ravi Yadav sub dealer Pali - Raigad [protected]) They promised me ur problem will solve within 2 days but till date (22/09/2009) solution is zero level. I called them many times by telephone but they not attended my phones. I request to u help me above matter, otherwise i will go consumer court. Awaiting for reply.

The first 3 problems are from the service center and not from suzuki.
The 4th problem, is actually not a problem. Or its a manufacturing fault. I'm owning GSR for the past 6 months. My GSR's headlight assembly will also vibrates. This is to minimize the shock to the headlight assembly and to protect the Headlight bulb and the digital console. The headlight assembly is mounted on rubber bushes. On harsh roads, it will vibrate that too without any noise.

I am really surprised & even shocked too to read your review about ur own bike...That means the quality of the materials used is still poor than Kinetic...

But the problems which i had faced with this bike are totally different when i took test drive.
1. Engine noise: it feels like in a can a small stone is being put & then can is being shaked. such a tinkering noise from the engine. While asking, Suzuki persons tell it's very new & after 1st service it will become smooth. where as with all bikes the experience is totally opposite.
2. Clutch play is very poor. As soon i use to leave the clutch leaver, sudden jurk was coming & vehicle used to get switched off...
3. Pick Up i found was not as satisfactory as we expect from a 150cc bike ie. the initial punching & booming raise up of the bike like pulsar...
4. Gear box: I felt this is the bike with one of the poor Gear box ever i seen,

But today i seen one news paper where this bike has got the best bike award for 2010.. I would suggest the team that while giving any award, first please use bike rough & tough atleast for 6 months & then take any dicision.

In Suzuki Webpage they mentioned onroad price is around 69, ***. but in madurai an arunachal showroom told the onroad price is around 70250. So please look into this.

Engine wise the byke is so comfort than other bikes. But other things are worst.
Mr. Natarajan is Waste fellow sitting in Gurgaon. He is giving good support dealers to sell used bikes to customers. even if after giving complaint also he is not taking any action to dealer... that means he is joined with dealer and earning commissions.
