Suzuki India — Delay in Delivering Suzuki Access 125CC

Respected Sir,

I had booked Suzuki Access 125CC (RED colour) on 09/10/2010 at ESSCO MOTORS PRIVATE LIMITED, ESSCO TOWER,Neeramankara Jn,Kaimanamam,Papanamcode P O, Thiruvananthapuram - 695018, for my Cousin Sister(Archana V S) with cash payment of 5000INR(Receipt Number : 1809) .They told me to get the delivery in 3-4 months.9 months have been passed but still we don't know the right time to recieve our vehicle.I have also registered a complaint to Suzuki India using this link [url=http://www.suzukimotorcycle.co.in/contact.aspx]Suzuki Motorcycle Corporate Office[/url] but still there is no action taken to solve my problem.

Each month we are enquiring through phone, they are saying no red color reached or otherwise Suzuki is not providing much stock to them. Two days before my sister called to ESSCO MOTORS now they are behaving very harsh.

I believe i will get a help from here, Please could you do the necessary to sort this
