Dear Sir,
I am writing this mail on the behalf of my elder brother who took the delivery of his booked SWIFT CAR on 29th Sep.,2009 fro Ambala City on the day of his marraige.
Only after the next day, we heared the bizzling noise from the front mirror. In against of the complaint which we registered at AMBALA`s Dealer, It was said that this is a manufacturer defect and it can`t be rectified cause this is the noise which comes through the collapsaion of mirror and dash-board.
Even after lodging a email to maruti, we didn`t got any sufficient solution. After number of visits to the dealer, we are still waiting for the possitive feedback.
Even in my brother`s 6th visit to dealer, he also mentioned in the service book that he wil only ready to open his car`s mirror under the supervision of maruti`s engineer.
Sir, It was now the ecxess of everything. and believe me this time I am making the last humble request to any of the maruti employe. After this if I will not get any solution, I will go to the consumer court with all the written feedbacks and other details from where i will also claim for the harrashment which i faced in the last couple of the months.
We even also donot appreciate the dealer`s behaviour throughout the instances.
