Power Window

Truely same is the case with me, a week later i started having problem with autocop power window for a week it was fine but after a week it started giving problems and then stopped, I happened give complaint on their number the repair executive visited us and charged Rs.300/- later again after a week same problem persisted, on the second visit he said the main unit is in't working and you got to buy the same i denied and said device...

against dealers

This is to inform you that I have a maruti swift car no. DL2CAK 3937. Last year we bought a scheme from one of your authorized dealer (SAYA AUTOMOBILE 68/3 Jagannath Market Ashram Chowk). Under that scheme we have got some coupons which we can use for maintenance of our car.
But it is very disheartening that this dealer has refused to take our coupons. He has misbehaved with my brother when he went to get our car serviced...

I am writing this mail on the behalf of my elder brother who took the delivery of his booked SWIFT CAR on 29th Sep.,2009 fro Ambala City on the day of his marraige.

Only after the next day, we heared the bizzling noise from the front mirror. In against of the complaint which we registered at AMBALA`s Dealer, It was said that this is a manufacturer defect and it can`t be rectified cause this is the noise...

seat height

I want to contact someone in the design department of MUL. I live very close to the factory but have not been able to find out their telephone No. The no I was given was[protected] and 4392315. There is no answer on any of them.
I have a query about the front seat of the car. The height of the front end is 13" and the rear end is 11". As a result the incline is too much. The length of the seat is 20", which is too much...

Overheating

Respected Sir,

I had bought a "Suzuki Swift" in the year 2005 with lot of happiness and joy. There were reasons for it as this was my first car I was buying with my own salary and secondly I was gifting it to my wife. I had madeup my mind when I saw the Photographs of its launch in Japan. Sir I live cars, I was the first few to get it booked at the time of launch in India.
