[Resolved]  Swift — Overheating

Respected Sir,

I had bought a "Suzuki Swift" in the year 2005 with lot of happiness and joy. There were reasons for it as this was my first car I was buying with my own salary and secondly I was gifting it to my wife. I had madeup my mind when I saw the Photographs of its launch in Japan. Sir I live cars, I was the first few to get it booked at the time of launch in India.
I am exteremely sorry to write this but I am left with no other option. All my happiness was for a very short period, for almost six to eight months I am facing the problem of "Overheathing"!!!
The coolant doesn't stay in the raditor or in the bottle. I have shown twice or thrice to authorised service centres but they are unable to fix it. Even today I have given it to Rohan Motors Noida, they say they are going to check it but this problem is not covered under warranty.
I got an extended warranty done at the time when I had purchased my car so as to be on the safe side but this comes surprising to me !!!
Can I ask you Why this is not covered under warranty? I have just driven it for 30, 000 kms !!! Is it my fault that if there is any technical snag I have to pay for it? Repeatedly showing it to authorised service centre was a mistake? Why should I suffer?
I need an explanation for this? Is this what I get after paying so much for this car?

Tarun, I'm from half way around the world and you've just described the same problem I'm having with a 2010 1.5lts Swift.

Could you please write me to this address info [at] cdsi dot com.

Regards,

Raúl
