[Resolved]  Swift — seat height

I want to contact someone in the design department of MUL. I live very close to the factory but have not been able to find out their telephone No. The no I was given was[protected] and 4392315. There is no answer on any of them.
I have a query about the front seat of the car. The height of the front end is 13" and the rear end is 11". As a result the incline is too much. The length of the seat is 20", which is too much for a short person especially a lady, whose back does not touch the back rest. As a result, one gets a back ache in the Swift. Most other cars have a difference of 1" in height of the front and back ends, making the seat more horizontal. The length of the seat is also less at 19"". e.g the Zen Estilo. What is the reason for the steep incline and abnormal length of the front seat of the Swift?
