[Resolved] Tata Aig — life insurance | |||
Hi Consumer Forum, This regard to TATA AIG life insurance policy, I have got a call from Customer care from Mumbai regarding some policy. They know all the details about my credit card and started explaining about the policy. I verbally spoken them i want document then only i can accept your policy i agreed on that and promised me that i will get my details with in 7 day and after that a can reject it also. After 4 month of time i have not received any policy related document from TATA AIG and the deducted amount of 6000 from my credit card. I am trying to reach them by customer care toll free number, after a long time somehow i got my policy number is "OOHCP[protected]******.But still the document have not provided to me. I have already registered a complaint in ministry of finance of India Gov and looking forward to get some information through right to information act for both BANK and TATA AIG. Hopping TATA AIG and Bank will take it so seriously and will give back my money to me and requesting them to please stop it so in future no one can loss his temperament on them.
