[Resolved] Tata AIG General Insurance Company Limited — being cheated | |||
dear sir/ mam , in jan 2011 i took general insurance policy from tata aig online through telephonic conversation and transactions from credit card .i was being told by their staff that i will be recieving policy between 7 working days , i waited for 15 days but no policy came , inspite of many calls to tata aig customer care service always i was being given lies like we have despatched policy in jan ,than excuses like seven working days you will recieve policy .my three installment s have been deducted from my bank to tata aig even till now i havnt recieved any policy papers n m not even aware about wt the policy details .i have the sataement of transactions being done to tata aig.,even when i told their customer care to cancel my policy and refund my monay they again started making excuses. please help me i need that a strict action should be taken against them and my money to be refund and Was this information helpful? | |||

CONSUMER FORUM MUST TAKE VERY STRICK ACTION AND SET AN EXAMPLE SO THAT SUCH CHEATING CASE SHOULD NOT HAPPEN
