[Resolved] Tata AIG Health Insurance — not received documents

i have already paid cheque & withdrawn from my account within 03 days.its already more than03 weeks but still no documents received from their side.when documents reqd. to them, they call me more than 10 times aday but after that no call.i am surprising the brand TATA , i believe. but, when i consider this matter , i cant believe this is TATA, a well known & faithful brand. I will not suggest anyone to take policy from them , as i am treated. If ,within this period , something wrong happen to me, whom i assure that i have opened a health policy in TATA AIG. i too hadn't received the policy document yet and the cheque had already been encashed.

I have registered the policy app. 40days ago and the cheque had already been encashed since a monh, but still I've not received the policy document.

I have got a call on 5 May 2011 from Mr.Irfan Khan from D2C department
and i was asked to send a cheque to
TATA AIG GENERAL INSURANCE LIMITED
ANDROMEDA, 2nd floor B-Wing, Saha Industrial Estate, near John Baker bus stop
SAKI VIHAR Road Andheri east, Mumbai 400072.

my Cheque got encashed on 12th May 2011.

till today I have not got policy Documents,
I will take legitimate action against TATA for cheating people...
I was told documents will be made available within 14 day max. i.e by 20 May 2011..

The Executive has briefly enough to make me clear to register for Insurance :
So i had given the cheque of HDFC Bank of Rs. 4853/- dated 12/10/2011.
as the same address mentioned to me below :
