[Resolved] Tata AIG Health Insurance — no security measure in doing renewal payment by credit card | |||
Dear TATA AIG Team, I am a customer of a health insurance policy issued by you. While doing renewal of my policy through credit card using your policy acceptance form, I realised that, you only ask for credit card number and expiry date and I am required to fax this form with these sensitive information at a number mentioned on your form[protected]. There is no security measure involved in doing transaction through this mode as anyone who has access to this form, can forge the document and misuse my card. Please stop this option of renewing the policy where by customer don't have any control over the transaction Only transation of telephone should be allowed whereby curstomers can enter some password over a secure telephone line.
