[Resolved] Tata Aig — Not received policy documents | |||
I have purchased a health insurance policy from TATA AIG for myself and my spouse over phone and paid that through my credit card on 4th October, 2010. While taking the details over phone insurance people promised me to provide the documents within next 7days. But, till now I have not received any documents. When I am calling their toll free number, only voice recordings is being heard. there is no email id for the complaints also. I dont know how to contact them. Please help. My wife has purchased a insurance Sum of Rs.225000/-vide application No.C[protected] in month of Nov.2011. through Blue Chip, Girgaum, Mumbai.My Wife name Is Mrs.Alka Kamlakar Jadhav.
Sir, Cheque issued by her has debited in her Bank Account.She has not received Certificate till to-date.
Please look into the matter send Certificate at Residence Address as early as possible.
