[Resolved] Tata AIG Insurance — Claim | |||
I have my car Hyundai i10, which was insured from Tata AIG. My car got accident on 4-4-12. I called to Tata AIG's help line no [protected] on 4-4-12 and registered a complaint. They provide me the complaint no[protected], and they said that send your car for repair at Natasha Automobiles, Bareilly U.P.. The car was repaired on 26-4-12. I got a call from Natasha Automobile that your car has been repaired and you will have to pay full amount 39,810. After hearing this, I said I have cashless policy and adobe plan, so according to company law, I should be pay only Rupees 500. Then Natasha Automobiles said that we will not give you any benefits of you policy because you did not insured your car from our showroom. I complaint regarding this to Tata AIG. They ask me some day and call us again. once again I call after some days and then they said to me that we have registered your complaint, and we can not do more except this. And then I call to insurance broker, broker forward my call to Nidhi Singh. After hear my complaint, Ms. Nidhi Singh said to me that we can not do anything regarding this. I said i purchased this policy from you so it is your duty to resolve my problem. Then she strictly said to me that " You can go to the court, and do not call us again" Now please look at this matter and solve my problem as soon as possible.
