Tata AIG Insurance — Excess premium not returned | |||
I accepted an insurance policy by TATA AIG and wanted to discontinue that in April 2011 I sent many emails requesting them to cancel the policy which they did after lot of requests. The excess premium charged has not been recredited by them to my card account My policy number is RSBTM[protected] S. Kasinathan I sent mails on 190411, 210411,040511, 200511,210511,280511(two mails),010611,270611, 190711,200711,020811 and 080811. Though I received mails stating that the amount has been recredited to my card account in June 2011 itself the same is not reflecting in my card statement, for which they asked me to send the password for opening the statement which I duly sent on 08082011.
