[Resolved]  Tata AIG Motor Insurance — NOT SUPPLYING POLICY PAPERS

Payment for MOTOR CAR POLICY NO. [protected] was made on 28th March 2013. through credit card. I have requested their customer care on 9th April,2013(requst I.d.1591465) & on17th April2013( requst i.d. 1614947) to supply policy papers ,but sorry to point out I have not received requisite papers so far.

ucs — not receive policy paper

I have purchased one policy for Rs 10000 from bajaj allianz life insurance ltd in the month of jan 2008 from vapi gujrat branch.Have not recieved policy papers so far .

TATA AIG — Motor Insurance

I Had a very bad experience with TATA AIG Motor Insurance - They literally refuse to issue me claim for recent accident by saying it's an old accident...

I said I can show you place of accident...
And mechanic who helped me in driving back to Home.....

But same excuse "It's an old accident" -"It's an old accident" -"It's an old accident"

I can't launch FIR against my accident because reason for accident was ditch on Gurgaon highway..

Please help me

TATA AIG Motor Insurance — Troublesome, no response and Inappropriate behaviour

I had lodged a Claim with Tata around a month ago and after sending the required inputs, I have been following up with them since 2 weeks but no response or update from their end. It is quite painful to deal with them.

I had decided to give the car at a garage that I knew. At the time of survey, they spoke rudely, kept claiming that the parts were fake when they could verify it that they were not. Even after 2nd verification and confirming that the parts were genuine, they later claimed that they were not. Next, the garage person gave a bill with VAT and yet they kept asking for additional part bills which were never asked for initially. Now after 2 weeks of sending the bills, there is no response from their end.

Can someone please help with this?

MC38ECBGE00818 policy start date 15/09/2011 is still showing not verified at your end..
as my m/cyl met with an accident and reported for claim at laxmi auto agra work shop.pl suggest me how my m/cyl get repair in accidental claim
