[Resolved] Tata Aig — Mistake in issuing policy and not correcting it | |||
I purchased a policy of my car Swift Dzire Vdi from the Panipat branch of Tata Aig, near Sanjay Chowk, Panipat. While purchasing the policy, the bill of car was attached in which it was clearly mentioned that it is a Diesel car and the premium charged was also according to it in cover note, but when I received the policy No.[protected], I was totally surprised to see that a number of mistakes were appearing on it. The matter was immediately brought to the notice of Mr. Jain, Branch Manager, but, irrespective of a number of reminders I am unable to get the endorsement on the policy. According to him he has sent the e-mail to head office Mumbai to rectify the policy, but, the head office is not supporting him.
