Reason :-
1.) I got a docomo dongle 7.2Mpbs speed modem .when I bought I had recharged for the 30 days validity plan which promises 5gb of data @ 7.2 MBPS speed later the speed will be reduced to 128KBPS until the validity of 30 days. But in real scenario the after usage of 5GB the connection was disconnected .After I enquire with customer support the reason told was due to unavailable balance we had disconnected your connection. To activate the same kindly recharge again was the reason Given.
2.) The speed is also not really good very worst performance most of the times .I never got speed more than 128KPBS in this past 20 days in central part of Bangalore . when I wrote a mail to customer support with some supportive documents after several mail chains they said this is not the right place to contact for your queries regarding Data Stick, even though I wrote clearly in my first mail I am not using 3g services using mobile .Later I had tried to contact the toll free customer service no which is also useless most of the times it is unavailable .when I was able to connect to that toll free number the answer I got was mentioned in the point 1.

Totally I had lost my hope in tata docomo .This is third option I tried to contact tata docomo ( i.e Customer Feedback and complaints after toll free service and mail response) which is also useless the page itself got some error not able to submit the page.

3G DATA CARD — Cheating

I was looking for a broadband connection, and once i got a call from that vintel communications company, and they explained the offers and promised me that they'll be giving me the connection in 10 working days. and i paid the cash of 4000 to them.... and now its already 2 months, till now i did'nt get any call, sms, connections nothing, and i called them once to ask regarding the connection again they said me that they'll providing the connection in 7days. even after waiting for more than 7days.

docomo 3g 7.2 — docomo 3g 7.2 is worse

Very Very Bad Connection I cant even write amail using this connection, Huh ...! Is BSNL 3g Good in Bangalore, Plz Suggest if the same 3g stick of docomo can be used, my num : [protected] -adzenze.com

yes exactly, 3g service by docomo is nothing but waist of money, it used 128kbps internet through my airtel number through phone iwas much happier than this RUBISH, they jst cheat people like this, by the way am having the 7.2mbps device, most of the time its lesser than 128kbps, and even wont load anypage properly and some times goes upto 4mbps for less than one hour, (BUT BELIVE ME OVEALL ITS NOT WORTH PAYING RS100 ALSO FOR IT), you wont be able to watch properly anything from youtube ALSO, am here to advise you not to buy this bullsht service, ([protected] mohamad), am wllin to sell my device for 1500(I PAID 2500 FOR DEVICE AND 1500 FOR 10GB USAGE)i could get 2mbps wireless brodband from airtel(UNLIMITED)with that money, ANYONE INTRESTED IN USELLES COLECTION WITH NO RESPOND CAN CONTACT ME,
It is clear from your Reason 1 that you are facing the disconnection issue. You got answer from the customer care department that you are disconnected because your 5GB internet usage has expired. First of all, I want to tell that all the browsing as well as downloading will be counted in this usage limit. So the actual problem you are facing is the Speed, I think. The 7.1Mbps connection promised by Docomo is the connection speed and not the download rate. The download rate will always be somewhat 10 times lower than connection speed, and as it is a wireless technology it will vary according to the disturbances faced by the signal.

So, if you are getting 128 KBPS download rate you would be glad;but if it is your connection speed, you have to contact the customer care very soon.
I strongly advice NOT to get into Tata Docomo 3g trap.
Docomo connection speed is very unreliable. It goes up to 4mbps at times but most of the the speed is around 128 kbpx. Also doomo do not have good 3g spread at least in karnataka. If you stay in fringes of bangalore or set outside it would switch into 2g (as advertised) which will give you 10 kbps speed.

Icing on the cake is their extremely pathetic customer care service, most of the members in customer care numbers do not understand how their product is used. I have not been able to access their online chat service yet as it keeps on throwing error page.

I got some support from the retail guy who sold the device to me and even he is of the view that the outsourced customer care of Tata Docomo in Bangalore is useless as all his customers are facing the same issue.
(Surprisingly Tata photon which is a different entity has pretty good customer service)
I agree with you Lashmi Ram, The same thing happened with me, they are useless, playing with the people's money.

Somebody should Sue them for this non sense.
