I HAD TAKEN A TATA PHOTON + STICK 6MONTH BEFORE. WITH 500 PLAN BT AFTER 1 MONTH THEY HAVE SEND ME A BILL RS-1260/-
AND THN AM ALREDAY TOLD CSE FOR CLOSE MY CONNECTION AND AM READY FR PAY THE BILL AMOUNT BT AFTER A MONTH THEY AGAIN SEND A ANOTHER BILL WITH OUT MY USING AND CLAIMS FOR THE AMOUNT.EVEN THEY ALREADY COME AT MY PLACE FOR THE SAME.

I HAVE BEEN ISSUED NEW POST PAID SIM CARD VIDE NO.[protected] IN MONTH OF JANUARY'12 BY TATA DOCOMO SALES EXECUTIVE MR,DEWAKAR IN OFFICE I,E,O/O ACCOUNTANT GENERAL OF CHHATTISGARH, RAIPUR. THEY SAID U WILL FIND GOOD SIGNAL IN UR HOME PLACE BHILAI HUDCO AREA PARTICULARLY, BUT JUST AFTER SIM HAS BEEN ACTIVATED BY COMPANY I INFORMED I COULD NO'T GET SIGNAL AT ALL, SO PLEASE CONVERT THE PLAN POST PAID TO PRE PAID. THEY SAID WE SHALL DO IT, BUT THEY HAVE NOT DONE TILL THREE MONTHS OVER AND CONTINUOUSLY SENT POST PAID BILLS WITH FINE EVERY MONTH RS.50/-. AROUND TEN CALLS CAME TO ME ON MY RELIANCE MOBILE NO.[protected] FROM THEIR SENIOR EXECTIVES AND LEGAL DEPTT. I TOLD TO THEM I AM READY TO PAY ONLY USAGE CHARGES PLUS TAXES. BUT NOT POST PAID PLUS FINE ETC. THEIR PEOPLE THREATENING ME FOR PAYING FULL AMOUNT RS.556/- WHICH IS TOTALLY INJUSTICE TO A COMMON MAN. PLEASE TAKE THIS MATTER TO TATA DOCOMO AUTHORITIES AND SETTLE THIS ISSUE WITH JUSTICE

Hi,

Recently i have migrated from Airtel to Tata Docomo,
My No [protected]

The fist month bill came correct. But in the second month's bill they have charged me with 6 messages i never sent (each charging Rs.3/- comes to Rs. 18 total). When i called the customer care they are saying i have sent premium messages. and the fuuny fact is i do no have the sent messages in my handset's message history.

the message no is 56767661. this is neither a land-line no or mobile or international no.

Please resolve the issue or unvillingly i have to pay 18/- to Docomo.

Hi,

After resistring this conplaint also, i called back the customer care they are pretending that they are correct in billing.
i have already given tree complaints to customer care, every time the complaint is raised they say it will be resolved in two working days and with customer clarification, but no body is calling from customer care and the complaint is closed. this is very bad as they are ignoring the customer.

I'M USING TATA DOCOMO POST PAID NUMBER [protected] SINCE LAST 8-10 MONTHS. I NEVER FACE ANY WRONG BILLING ISSUE BEFORE 2 MONTHS. BUT FROM LAST 2 MONTHS COMPANY CHARGE UNNECESSARY CHARGES IN MY BILL. COMPANY CHANGE MY REGULAR PLAN WITHOUT ANY REQUEST MADE BY ME. THEY SEND ME ONLY SMS FOR MY INFO. WHEN MY 1ST BILL GENERATE, I CALLED TO CUSTOMER CARE AND ASKED ABOUT EXCESS AMT. CHARGE. BY 5-8 FOLLOW-UPS THEY ENSURE ME THAT U WILL NOT CHARGE EXCESS AMT. AND UR PLAN IS ALSO NOT CHANGE. NOW I RECEIVED ANOTHER WRONG BILL WHERE I CHARGE EXTRA 447 RUPEES. NOW I CALLED THEM BUT THEY SAID THAT MY PLAN IS CHANGED FRM 23FEB.14, & WE AFFORD LAST MONTHS BILL. NOW WE CANT ADJUST YOUR BILLING AMOUNT. ALSO, IN LAST MONTH MY COMPANY STARTED 3G SERVICE WITHOUT ANY MY REQUEST. I CALLED THEM FOR REACTIVE THIS SERVICE BUT STILL 3G SERVICE IS ACTIVE. I SHOW THIS TO DOCOMO STORES REPRESENTATIVE FOR PROOF. THEY ALSO GET SURPRISE AFTER SEEING . NOW I DELETE ALL NETWORK SETTING FROM MY HANDSET BUT STILL COMPANY CHARGE ME FOR INTERNET USAGE.

Actually i used to get a bill of 550/- every month but from the past 6months iam getting a billed amount of 770/-. what was the problem and how it comes that much.

Rs 1388.40 charged in my bill for data usage which i have not used i have written to tata docomo but no reply has been given by them. I have also spoken to customer care of tata docomo.
