[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Internet settings | |||
I have been Using TATA DOCOMO service from last 11months. Now I have changed mu handset to NOKIA C5 and I have been facing the problem of GPRS settings. I activated the Internet pack of 3 days and I am unable to use it. last day I called 5-6 times they say they have sent the GPRS settings but I have not Recived any yet. They say Do manual settings but The manual settings I am unable because they say go to the "parsonal settings" Opion which is not available in my mobile. Every Time I Call they just say U will Recive settings in 30minutes. Please give me a solution. I am fed up of calling the coustomer care. Now they say to call them from Another number that means I have to buy a new connection for them. Am I mad whos going to buy a new connection for U all. If I have to then Why will I buy Tata DOCOMO i'll Buy IDEA, AIRTEL or any other. Please give me a solution. My mobile no. is [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

tata dococo internet is the bad internet i change my reliance card to tata docomo but reliance is best
