[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Incoming/Outgoing calls blocked for [protected]

Hi,
I am Sumanta Das, my number is +[protected].

Without any prior notice or call or even a single sms alert my number has been blocked from receiving/making any outgoing calls from last evening[protected].

How Docomo can do this? I am loosing my business who is going to take that responsibility?

If there are some missing documents(which I am informed from customer care) then tata docomo itself have to take the responsibility as I already have submitted all the relevant documents in the docomo gallery. Its not a joke, I can't do the same thing again and again, its cost me money too- xerox cost, picture cost, travelling expenses and most importantly my time is wasting. I afraid my documents are perhaps misusing!!! Who is going to take the responsibilities of misplaced documents? And I am really worried where those are using!!!

My number is registered with DND still I got advertisement/promotional sms from docomo each day to buy miscall alert info/details. But Docomo can't send a simple sms stating my calls will block if I didn't resubmit my documents within certain time period? Is this the so called service of Tata Docomo?

I want my number to work as soon as possible. This is a fault from docomo's end, completely. I am ready to resubmit the documents but also I need a email from Docomo's end asking sorry for the inconvenience and requesting me to resubmit documents once again before that I need my number to get activate.

Also what is the guarantee that after resubmitting all those documents Docomo will not do the same thing again?

Tata Docomo — call Blocked

I am a subscriber of TATA DOCOMO , my no.is [protected] since March 2010.

but without notification our call services has blocked by provider, i am calling their call center no 121 but he told me there some reason, your sim is blocked , he not define problem

We tried to speak to you personally to understand your concerns regarding activation issue. However, we are unable to contact you, since your call was not reachable.

Hence, we would like to inform you that as per our records we found that your number is blocked on 22-APR-2013 due to non submission of documents and request you to visit any of your nearest Tata outlet in this regards.

Hi,

I am Vasanthi and my number is [protected].

As per the new tariffs, I am supposed to recharge on Docomo to maintain the min balance to get incoming call and to call also.

But I haven't recharged on it for past one month. Now When I wanted to recharge with the sim the SIM is blocked.

I am unable to reach TATA DOCOMO CUSTOMER CARE via phone.

So requesting here to kindly unblock the sim for incoming/outgoing.
