I am a subscriber of TATA DOCOMO, my no.is [protected] since March 2010.
Without any prior notice or call or single sms alert my number has been blocked from receiving/making any outgoing calls without notification our call services has blocked by provider, i am calling their call center no 121 but he told me there some reason, your sim is blocked.

As per the new tariffs, I am supposed to recharge on Docomo to maintain the min balance to get incoming call and to call also.
But I haven't recharged on it for past one month. Now When I wanted to recharge with the sim the SIM is blocked.
I am unable to reach TATA DOCOMO CUSTOMER CARE via phone.
So requesting here to kindly unblock the sim for incoming/outgoing.
