[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Incoming/Outgoing calls blocked for [protected]
I am Sumanta Das, my number is +[protected].
Without any prior notice or call or even a single sms alert my number has been blocked from receiving/making any outgoing calls from last evening[protected].
How Docomo can do this? I am loosing my business who is going to take that responsibility?
If there are some missing documents(which I am informed from customer care) then tata docomo itself have to take the responsibility as I already have submitted all the relevant documents in the docomo gallery. Its not a joke, I can't do the same thing again and again, its cost me money too- xerox cost, picture cost, travelling expenses and most importantly my time is wasting. I afraid my documents are perhaps misusing!!! Who is going to take the responsibilities of misplaced documents? And I am really worried where those are using!!!
My number is registered with DND still I got advertisement/promotional sms from docomo each day to buy miscall alert info/details. But Docomo can't send a simple sms stating my calls will block if I didn't resubmit my documents within certain time period? Is this the so called service of Tata Docomo?
I want my number to work as soon as possible. This is a fault from docomo's end, completely. I am ready to resubmit the documents but also I need a email from Docomo's end asking sorry for the inconvenience and requesting me to resubmit documents once again before that I need my number to get activate.
Also what is the guarantee that after resubmitting all those documents Docomo will not do the same thing again?
