    Dear sir / Madam,
    I Ahtesham ahmad using your tata docomo sim [protected] but automatically network not come and i tried to called in customer care said that your mobile number is closed and i also haired that tata docomo prepaid is going to merge with airtel. so please kindly active my number it is important to me
    so please tell me what can i do to active my number pls do the need full asap.

      Dear XYZ,
      I am writing this email to secure your support for my release date. Unfortunately HR is not able to provide me a workable release date so far.

      For better prospects, I have decided to pursue new opportunity accordingly I submitted my resignation on 23rd Jan and requested a release on 20th Feb.
      I have worked for 15 years in the company where i was transitioned from Eserv to TCS. During my tenure i have delivered my best for the company and secured high peeformance rating .

      This is an extreme disappointment and stressful period i am currently going through while negotiating my release date with the HR team.

      I have also offered them my willingness to deduct my leaves earning and provide me releaese on my requested date and ensure them necessary handover from me to ensure no impact on the project.

      However HR/my manager team are constantly rejecting my request and sending me back 90 days clause. I am sorry to say, their attitude and discussions are not mutual and see no cooperation to me who have served such long tenure in the company.

      I look forward for your support for my release date.

        I am a retired army colonel and had recently placed my First Order with Tata Cliq for 4 Nos of - Duralex 'Freshbox' Transparent & Green Glass 20 cm Container With Lid (2 L) on 16 Dec 2022 and paid Rs 3, 666 /- for all 4 (Order was converted by App into two orders of Sets of 2 each).
        On 18 I received one package with my name on it, but on opening instead of 2 Freshbox, there was a box having 6 glasses. The Chit inside was in name of Chaitanya Sharma with address of Sarita Vihar Delhi. Both packages ( 2 set each) are showing delivered since that day.
        I raised issue in App of not receipt on 1 package and wrong items in second package along with photos as proof. Since then for the last 10 days I have been calling Customer Care and have spoken to so many persons regarding my problem. I am told that issue will be taken up with supplier and amount for 1 package refunded after that and second package item would be collected back and then refunded.
        Since then twice person has come to collect glasses package but each time rejects return due to Item Mismatch from Order. All my efforts to explain that wrong item had come is of no use.
        This has been my experience with tata Cliq where I am a First time User and Situation today after 12 days is as follows :-
        (a) My Rs 3, 666 /- is with Tata Cliq. In return I have with me 6 glasses which I never ordered (order of some other customer Chaitanya Sharma). Not being returned and Full Refund of Rs 3, 666 /- still pending
        (b) My Complaint in App is showing status Resolved ( inspite of telling Customer care to keep it Open). Have got tired calling them many times and am given false assurances that wrong item would be got refunded and amount returned.

        Refund of 1 package Order received. For wrong item second Order I am getting calls daily from Customer care that person will come to collect wrong item. Every day get call from Delivery person but on being informed by me of Item Mismatch issue refuses to take Item Back. Apparently, no one in Tata Cliq tells person that item in package is wrong and still to be returned (got tired telling customer Crae this point). Every day first get call from courier then later get message of Item being not collected as Item Mismatch ...2 times person came physically but now they do not even come but I get SMS daily that visit done and Item refused collection due to mismatch. No one in Tata Cliq bothered that why item not being returned inspite of multiple visits ( 2 actually, rest on phone only).

                      2 days back, i.e. on 31st Aug., I received a call from a lady calling from tata docomo. She asked me if I have a land available for internet tower installation. I said yes, then she asked for the address and pincode of the location. Then another guy called and asked me to submit the documents, like pan card, adhar card, electricity bill, etc. Till then it was fine. But then he asked me to get issued a life insurance policy for 6-7 Lac cover from IGM department (about which I have never heard) in the name of land owner.
                      When I asked him to first visit the property and check the location, he said they already had done this through satellite imaging.

                      I would like to know, is this any kind of fraud ?
