[Resolved] Tata Docomo — deactivated my sim

I am using tata docomo for past four years. Now my sim card is deactivated.
Someone stolen my fone since is it not when i dial my its says its out of service. Before few months due to no recharge.
Now i want to reactivate my sim card. Because it have my personal whats'app account
My mobile number is [pre-post].
It also have my bank account number and details
Please help me to sort out the problem.

I already talked with Company executive by phone he told me i can't do that. i explain all but its useless. what should i do. plsss help me
