[Resolved] Tata DoCoMo MNP — Service disconnected | |||
I had registered for MNP from indicom to DOCOMO, number [protected] on 13th november. From 27th my indicom number is disonnected but it is not ported to DOCOMO. Both indicom and DOCOMO customer care executives are unable to solve the problem, they are trying to put blame on each other. From past 3 days my number is completely dead!! I have a tata indicom Mobile which MDN No is [protected].I port this No to tata docomo before 5 months.But before 1month the no.has been disconnected.Plz suggest me,what can i do?????reply plz urgently.......... Hi Thejas,

I have requested the MNP for DOCOMO to Airtel ([protected]). I spoke to Airtel customer care, they have confirmed My number has been activated from Airtel end. However DOCOMO number still in active mode. As per there confirmation, once existing network deactivated, then only the new network will activate automatically.
I request you to kindly confirm the status for the same.

Tata Docomo — MNP service
Hi Sir/Madam,I am Anubhav Verma from Uttrakhand (Roorkee) , I am using vodafone service provide for my mobile calls ,I was planning to change my number so ,On 23th-Jan-2010 I went to Docomo retailor shop for changing my number from Vodafone to Docomo service provider as per their words this activation will take 7 working days but sir my number is still in Vodafone ,No action has been taken for me while i have given 30 rupee for MNP docomo SIM .
Now shopkeeper says that your SIM might not work or like that ........i am not getting understand that why docomo is not taking an action on it ....
Please resolve this issue .....and take necessary action...!!
