[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — No resolution for network coverage

I Have enclosed the trail mail with all the follow up with Tata Docomo but no solution to my problem is yet provide.
In sort i have purchased a Tata Docomo 3G doggle which is not providing network coverage at my residence and trying my best to get the problem resolved but Tata Docomo is not provide a solution for the same nor are they taking the device back and refunding my money back.

I don¿t know whether if my problem could be resolved but I asked the manager present to change my dongle from Proton 3G to Proton + as I get network

Tata Docomo — no coverage

hai my name is jobin paul i am living in idukki in amalagiri i am using idea sim but i like to move to tata dokomo but we have no network coverage in here please take action for it ([protected])

We tried to speak to you personally on your number to understand your concerns regarding the legal notice issue. However, we are unable to contact you, since your call was not reachable.

Hence, we would like to inform you that as per our records we found that your device is under OGB on 23-APR-2013 due to non payment and there is an outstanding amount of Rs. 1595/- and there is no wrong billing and you have been charged correctly as per your usage and rentals and request you to clear the same ASAP.
