[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — poor customer service

customer service is very bad, They closed my complain without solving it. Customer care executives are rude and impolite and asked me that they can not not solve the problem and do whatever u want ,go to consumer court etc. Even Appellate is not doing anything.I have recharged my tata photon with unlimited 700 Rs. after using for 2 days it stopped working. First they said that network work is going on so wait for 2 days to lodge a complain. After 2 days they have lodged the complain and asked me to wait for 8 days more for resolution what kind of prompt service is that.
After 10 days they called me that there is no problem with the services and U have to recharge with 100 Rs. to continue the services.Why they are calling it a unlimited recharge if it stopped working after the end of high speed data.

So in my opinion i[censored] want dongle based internet services don't go for it and those guys who had already own the photon never recharge your dongle with unlimited rechage either u will regret.

Hi Team,

I am really frustrated with the network service that has been provided by the TATA docomo .

I tried calling your service center, every time i call, they told me that our system is down please call us after 4 hours. I have faced many problems for this (i am unable to attend urgent business meetings for that) and even after 4 hours when i call they used to tell me that still our system is down and we are unable to check your details in the system. Please call after sometime.

When i requested them to please connect me with any of our supervisor they told me that no one is available and we cant do anything. This is really not an expected answer from any representative.

I have faced many problems, recently i have recharged my cell and after 2-3 days, i found my balance is zero (DON'T know WHY). None of the packs are activated against me still my balance dropped down to ZERO. This time i am not going to tolerate this, i need my balance back at any cost.

Earlier on Feb same scenario happened and i lost around 200 rupees from my account without anything, but i didn't raise the same due to your poor customer service that you are providing. This time its again happened and its not acceptable for me.

Regarding network issues also, i have encountered many problems like people cant able to reach me and after sometime i got an message stating 'YOU have a missed call, please subscribe'.

I too work in an IT department cor-porate office and i know how to deal with clients but the service you are providing is not acceptable at any cost. In case of any emergency sometimes i am unable to call anyone neither i can receive calls, this things are really frustrating for me.

I have switched from IDEA network to TATA docomo for the better service and offers but i am really disappoint with your service.

Request you to please address this issue and do the needful ASAP.

I have taken Tata docomo post paid connection on May 20th . When the connection was initally taken it took more than 1 week for the connection to get registeerd . I had to follow up the personal and need to contact customer care numerous times for registering the SIM .

Again problems started currently my vertification of address has been failed and my connection got disconnected from 29th May . I called to Customer Care on 30th May and registered a complaint to send verification person in between 6 -8 PM . Apart from the same i called customer care on 31st May and 1st Jun and asked them to provide address of centre whom i can contact to restore my connection .

Today(03rd Jun) my incoming facility has been disconnected, when i called customer care and raised my concern they intimated that professional has already reached address on 1st may by 12 .00 noon and provided feed back person not found int he address . And they taken an new request and asked to wait till jun 5th for the complaint to get resolved .

I could not understand that despite of raising complaints and numberous follow -up still services provider are acting weird and morevoer taking connection with Tata Docomo means we need to take additional connection from some other service professional . If anyone planning to take TATA DOCOMO connection kindly opt for something else which has ggod customer service . a

TATA -Noton instead of photon

From the very first time I told your sales executive that I need a 3g plan. But unfortunately u have activated plan of Rs.210/- and I need to change this to Rs.350/- plan. For this I registered a request and reference number is[protected]. I got an sms which says that this will be processed by 1st September. But now it is 3rd September and my plan not did change yet.


Yesterday I several times contacted customer care and they informed that my plan will change before 6.00 pm today. Later they informed that plan will change within 24 hours and now they says that it will change on the next billing cycle ie, 15th September.

Literally your customer service executives treated me like a fool. Even they don't know how to talk to a customer. They are eager to disconnect my call rather than hearing me. I never had such a worst experience from any service provider. I am really fed up and disappointed with your service. Before a couple of weeks your sales executives were after me and now I am after your customer care executives.


I can't wait till 15th September unlike your so called customer care executives said. So please solve the problem quickly or help me to go back to my previous network

i called to tatadocomo customer service regarding my billing issue, so i call to 198 to register a complaint, they provide another number to contact (1515), then i called to 1515, then they provide another number ([protected]), from that they are telling to call again 1515, after that they told to send a mail, regarding the same, i didnt get any solution for this
