My Self Aman Jain From Rajnandgaon, Chattisgarh

on 06-03-13 at 2:31 pm there was a deduction of rs. 10.00 from my mobile no [protected] OF TATA DOCOMO balance for some shyari pack whatever which i haven’t used.
Upon Calling customer care, they said u have activated byy using net on your phone and flash activation.. which i din’t know how to use from mobile.
Upon complaining that there is no net pack in my phone so how can i use net.And no net deductions have appear. They reject my call saying we will can;t continue to your call thankyou.

Then no response of customer care from my no, then from my alternate no i again call to customer care they picked up and say again a new false reason u have activated this by dialing some no *444.. something. I haven’t dialled any number.

As i have much balance in my this no so i can’t port it to some othar company so they say they will not refund any amount. and also deativated the pack immediately.

As a result the customer here becames a fool.. No use of any service just deduction Of rs.10..

i m tata docomo network user my mo no [protected] this company activated any unwanted value added packs themselves and deduct the balance from my account many times
i had already camplain about this to the customer care but no any +ve responce i m in truble plz help me

Dear sir,

I am using [protected] tata docomo no.I am getting a lot of pain from yourside. Every 15 to 18 days an useless service is activated and balance deducted without my request.

On[protected] bollywood goosip activate from your end.I have already deactivated it last month but yesterday i got mesage of renewal of it.All done without my request.Please refund my amount and be sure that such type of thing not happen in future.

I’m a Tata Docomo user since its launch,I’ve two nos. [protected],[protected]. on 30’th April Rs. 10/- had been decducted from my first no. for Bollywood best scenes,when it came in my notice on 2’nd may,Immediately I contacted to customer care and asked for this unwanted pkg. and deduction, But he told me the method to unsubscribe that pkg.Now Today again on my second no.the SAME pkg.was actived and deducted Rs.10/- .Today also I contacted to customer care twice and asked for registered a complaint regarding these deductions but they directly told me neither they could register my complaint nor they would return my amount.Now my questions are...
1.why this service has been activated without my mandate or consent?
2.why your customer care has been refused to register my complaint?
3.Is Tata group also indulge in same cheap type activities as other service providers do?
Please reply me as soon as possible.

you will most likely know right away which screws to remove to get to the RAM under the keyboard due to Lenovo’s icons. The bottom of the workstation provides simple access to the first two memory slots and another simple access panel for the hard drive. There is unwanted detuction of balance from the date i have brought the sim of tata docomo.I am fed up with this sim because every time i recharge and whenever there balance in my sim more than 30 RUPEES in my account then this unwanted detuction happens and therefore i could not activate any of the services.

Tata Docomo — unwanted deduction of balance

I am using a tata docomo connection Mob No [protected]

2 Days back my network operator deducted an amount of Rs 65 from my mobile balance saying that I subscribed for various value added services like IIT JEE coaching, XII tution ...etc

However I never even accidently subscribed / activated the said services on my mob No.

It is clear that the services was activated from operator end. The same happenings was occured a week ago and on complaining to the care executives they refunded my money back.

But this time they are not willing to do so.......

As oer your request upon checking with our records the charges have been levied correctly for the video download. However, we have already refunded Rs.10 to your number. Also be informed that you can call *191# in order to deactivate any VAS services activated on your number.

The representatives of TATA DOCOMO are intelligent enough. That is why they are creating these all non sense with customer. If they will provide better service to customer, then the number of customer will be increased, they will be over burdened. If they will do these none sense, then customer will be reduced, in turn they will be relaxed. whether company's prestige go to hell, but they must be comfortable. By doing this they are compelling to customer either to port their no.with other service provider or throw out this SIM. I am also a' bhukta bhogi' of Rs 120/- they have deducted from my existing balance on 9 Apr 12. On complaining to customer forum, they have denied and wrote no activation has been done and no deduction was made as per our record. Still they are not replying my question, Further I asked, 'Where is my Rs120/-gone, if nothing had happen as per your record? Can customer take out any money from existing balance? They are not giving any response.
