i am regular customer of TTML. i stay in mumbai my phone no. is[protected], recently my phone is not working properly i complaint to the customer care service to replace my battery and they say come to our office and change the battery. when i purchase the phone and if any complaint regarding the phone they come to our place and rectify our complaint and now they say come and change the battery. that's why i am not satisfy with the company.
if anybody means company's big boss read this complaint please solve my problem coz i do;t have time to go to office of the company Was this information helpful? |
We were all excited to get this connection and make a switch from Airtel our existing vendor for last 2 years who has not been upto the mark in terms of the service quality but atleast stood by all its commitment. Please see the list of events to find out the actual turn around time for TATA INDICOM to install a PRI connection.
November14th:
Meeting with TATA INdicom Sales executive and the proposal was sent
November 24th:
Conclusion of of product and price as per the offer given by the sales team.
December 2nd:
A final application was taken with all the required documents.
December 4th
More documents were collected which was later informed as a new edition and the final submission was done.
December 7th
On follow up with the sales team we found that the application has been logged and we shall be getting the connection by the end of week. After this conversation we have not been in able to get in touch with either the sales executive or manager on phone. We have been told that they have been in training all through out.
December 11th
We were told that some issue with the permission of premises has occurred which has been sorted out but when we called the society management we were told that no one has ever visited them.
December 14th
A verification call has been made by TATA and he tells me that it would be another 4-5 days if things go right. Also to our surprise we were asked for more documents which were furnished to their request.
December 15th
We are still waiting for the update on the connection as the sales team has stopped responding to our calls.
We have come to a conclusion that we were doing a switch because we wanted to upgrade to a better service but if the application is such a painful process than we can understand how things are looking going ahead. We would like to continue with our existing vendor and not pursue this engagement any further. We would appreciate if some action is taken so that no other customer goes through the same.
