TATA Indicom Mobile Service — Poor Network coverage in Hitech city area in Hyderabad.

Hi,

I am using the Tata Indicom mobile phone service with No.[protected]. Since 10 months I keep complaining about poor network coverage in Hitec City & Madhapur areas in Hyderabad but till now no action has been taken. Am fed up calling Customer care No. 121 after couple of months they had me call ‘Nodal Officer’ for the same issue. When I called up the nodal officer for the first time on his Ph. No.[protected] they told me it’s a know issue and they are searching for the place to install the Cell site and this would be resolved with in 45 days. After 45 days I did not get any response from these people, again I called up and they told me it would take 3 more months. After 3 months they did not turn up, I checked with the nodal office people and they told everything is completed, Cell site is also installed and they are waiting for ‘Government approval’ to execute the site and asked me to wait for 3 to 4 weeks more. Again after 4 weeks when I called up and they informed me that it would take 3 more months to resolve and they were not sure if it will be resolve or not. (I am surprised Hitec city is such a hot place and there is no network coverage, then what about the outskirts and rural areas.) I have informed them I have already waited for 10 months and I can’t wait anymore and informed I want to cancel my connection.

While subscribing for Tata Indicom connection I made a payment of Rs1450.00 towards connection charges and I have paid Rs. 9000.00 approx. towards Mobile handset. I have informed them I will cancel the connection and I will handover the Handset and asked to refund my amount. They say that as per the Tata Indicom policy they can’t return the money. I can’t afford to purchase a new handset and connection from other service provider. I cannot use Tata Indicom handset for other networks as it is of no use. Expecting the good service from Tata Indicom I have opted for their service paying money. Now they are telling ‘if you can’t wait for 3 more months you can cancel the connection’ but we won’t return your money. How far can this be justified when it comes to customer service like this. They cannot provide the service and they are not ready to return the money. Ultimately the customer is at LOSS. I have to pay money for other network service provider and I have to purchase new handset for new connection. They are not ready to provide the service and they are not ready to return the money. Tata Indicom is cheating the public by airing the Ads on TV’s and printed media saying ‘Our network will not drop even if you are in elevator”. I am worried who can help me on this.

Tata Indicom Mobile — I payed the mony but i am not getting my mobile & Hand set

Sir,

I booked my Tata indicom mobile on 20 Oct & i also give the checque of Rs 1696 to deep comminication sales man but from 15 days tata indicom pepole just fulling me that they giving me the hand set & connection on tommarow.

I am suffering from the above problem that i payed the mony but iam not getting the phone from Tata Indicom.

Tata Indicom Mobile — Poor network

I am using Tata Indicom cellphones & wireless land line, company (Tata Indicom)claims in commercials as theirs is one of the best networks, I dont even get proper network in Borivali East at my residence (next to thakkur village) call dropping is regular.When I bought this phone connections there use to be full network, I have complained lot many time but other than their phone calls assuring me network there has been no developement.

TATA INDICOM MOBILE SERVICE — stopped issuing detailed bill without intimation

Dear Sir

This is for your kind information that i am an esteem customer of TATA INDICOM mobile service. I am using this service under the Mob no.[protected] and my account no :[protected].

I am using the above said connection for more than one year .
I appriciate the service of the company, but his time they had made a big mistake by not sending me the detail bill of my mobile uasge for the month of au'08.
Since then i have been issuee a coneection i am recieveing the detailed bill of std usage. This time without the prior intimation
the company has stopped sending me the detailed bill.

I have given the request for the same on 19/9/2008, 23/9/2008
& the complaint no. is[protected], BUT NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN TILL TODAY IE ON 24/09/2008.
which is the last date of paying the bill, .
In my request i have clearly explained them that the bill of mobile
usage has to claimed by me from my company on behaf of detailed bill i recieve mentioning the calls added
I am really surprises that such a poor service to the esteemed
customer has been give by TATA INDICOM

I humbly request you to plz take necessary action against the
concerened party.

I want the details of which area ? is the number worked which is [protected]. this number call me and to warn me(he is said to kill me). so pls send the details of the number at my e-mail id. My number is - [protected], [protected],[protected]. he is call at the[protected] when is[protected] on 9:00pm.
i have purchased a tataindicom mobile in 2005 at that time in basantnagar (kesoram cement) of karimnagar dist of andhra pradesh the coverage is very poor i complainted tataindicom regarding coverage in kesoram cement, basant nagar.

They said they would provide the coverage in basant nagar since 3 years i have been mailing and calling the tataindicom and there was no proper responce

how can tata indicom can say that the coverage all over india is very good????

TATA Indicom — Poor network service

Sir/Madam,
My mobile number is [protected].My mobile was switched off between 12.00 AM to 6.30 AM on 27.12.08, but my friend found me busy constantly between 12.20 to 1.30.It has created a serious problem to me.
Hope, you will take steps against it.Please, inform me what was the actual reason of this.

TATA Indicom — Poor network n instant call drops

I got two tata indicom numbers which are [protected] n [protected].
Tata have poor network services n most of the call drops inbetween.
I have made so many complaints to the tata indicom through my mobile. But result is 0
I am having one Tata Indicom connection since 2006. My Number is [protected]. The connection and network was quite good. But since TataIndicom started Pay-per-call offer the total network has become rubbish(though I am not subscribed to this new offer). Though in cell phone it is showing full tower the call seldom matures.
Although there is lot of scope of getting good business for tata indicom, no one is caring about quality in its signal in Indervelly town, adilabad dist, andhra pradesh state.

we are getting very poor signal, please do the needful.
Hearing about, good offer named pay per call, i took connection no.[protected]. but alas, there is no signal here in Indervelly town, adilabad dist, andhra pradesh state.
Although there is a scope of good business in this town as Reliance, Vodafone, Docomo, Bsnl etc. are having good network in this town, no one is bothering about its signal in this town.
so, i request u to kindly take necessary action and do the needful.

TATA Indicom Mobile Service — activating sms service without prior intimation

Tata Indicom mobil service is not listening to our complaint. They, without asking us, are activating health tips and other sms services on to our mobile [protected] and deducting amounts and making our account as "Zero Balance" so that we cannot make important calls when needed. After making several calls to them which they rarely pick up, they could not satisfy us why they are doing it. Please do something about it.
I want to just ask in my village near ratnagiri, our village we have an tower in another village of tata indicom but in our village we face a problem of network from some place the mobile gets network from not in all places i just want to know why so can u just give me the feedback please
