[Resolved]  TATA Indicom Prepaid Connection — customer care number 12524

My Name Is Ramesh and I have purchased a Tata indicom number [protected] of your local agent, Now in my mobile outgoing calls are blocked.there is no number for prepaid customers, 12524 is not working.
I visited tataindicom true value hub, he is given same number which one is not working and said visit head office

Tata Indicom Prepaid Mobile Connection — Talktime balance reduced to Zero; Tata-to-tata calls barred; All outgoing calls barred

I got a new tata indicom prepaid mobile connection some 13 days back. As i am a college student tata indicom's scheme attracted me as they offer a sms voucher of rs.30/- againt 600 local sms and local tata-to-tata calls free for the first 2 months.

Suddenly i discovered that my Talktime balance has been reduced to zero..
and not only this my tata-2-tata outgoing calls have also been barred.
All i am left is with the sms voucher!

I filed a complaint with the customer care guy, but he told it is a network problem.
I am just wondering how the heck a network problem can get me into such a situation..?

TataIndicom — please activate my number

Dear Sir,
I was loss my mobile on 3rd september already i pay my mobile bill on 05th of december, I take a new sim with same number but my number is not activated so kindly check my complaint as soon as possible my mobile nuber was [protected]

TATA Indicom Prepaid Connection — change of scheme without notice

i am a customer of tata indicom prepaid services. i recharged it with Rs. 2008 when scheme was recharge with Rs.2008 & get tata 2 tata free for 5 years.

Now they change their scheme without any prior notice & charged me for the calling to tata phone.

This was came to my knowledge when i checked my balance on 19th of december & i was shocked by hearing my balance it was bout Rs. 400 short as i compare to my last balnce.

The company does ther wrong with us.

I have tata indicom mobile whose no. is [protected] i have done recharged it with Rs. 2008 when the company gives the scheme to talk tata 2 tata free calling for 5 years but now the company change the scheme without giving me prior notice for change in scheme & i have lost my 500rs. by non intimating by the company.

Do something against tata indicom.

I'm NV MANOJ KUMAR, TATA INDICAOM subscriber from past 4 years. And moved to Rs.2008/- (5 years unlimited T2T) and now am also suffering from changing the offer without prior intimation.
It is very unlawful changing the 2008(5 years) days plan in the first year it self and not looks fair.

TATA Indicom — reduction of money

i want to register my complaint strictly because tata indicom cut 30 rupees from my account yesterday i call him yesterday they are saying to me that my problem will consider today but now they are not ateending my call and only tape is saying that if i have any problem then register into the email-id
so its not fair
i wanr my 30 rupees back
they activate cricket scheme without my permission and charge 30 rupees
and i am student havelimited pocket money
so i want my 30 rtupees back otherwise i will move to forward

TATA Indicom — Tata Indicom Prepaid Phone set is very bad!!!

I got a new Tata indicom prepaid phone and it was fine for 2 months. now if at all i make a call with that phone for more than 3 minutes, the phone gets hotter and hotter that you can never even hold it near your ears!! When i took back to the Tata indicom showroom near T-Nagar bus stand, the response that i received from the customer care person was extremely horrible.
He asked me the price of the phone. I said it is Rs.2200
He then took a phone from his desk and showed it to me and asked me what the price was. He continued saying that the phone that he was having was costing Rs.7000 and even then it is getting heated up when being used for more than 5 mins!!

is this a rule that a tata indicom phone set will get hot like an iron box when used for more than 5 mins???
are they saying this factor when a new customer buys in??
why are they cheating people if they cant manufacture a quality phone??
can somebody advise me in replacing this phone??

i am using tata indicom no [protected].i was availing tata to tata unlimited since last 4 years.
in dec 2008 there was a scheme by companythat if you will recharge by Rs2008 recharge, we will give you Rs2008 and tata to tata unlimited calls till 2013 ( for 5 yrs).
three days bfore i have 455 Rs balance in my account. bt yesterday it comes to Rs 25 only. when i hav checked, i found that i m paying for tata to tata calls. then i had called to customer care then they says that sir the scheme was not unlimited free .. we hav given you 600 mins free evry month.. bt how can ths is possible.. i m using average 3000 to 4000 tata to tata calls per month free ... then how was it ... so please look into the matter and resolve it ... or otherwise i will go to consumer court..

Tata Prepaid Service — My Mobile Number is Blocked

Hi, Myself Suhaib Asghar, Working in K.R.Anand as accountant, My no is blocked by tata Prepaid service with out any information. when i contact to costumer care they did not give me any satisfactory reply. i told him why my no is blocked they did't answer. Due to this I face too much problem to comunicate my office staff. plz do the needfull.

I have complained a lot but there is no any response from your customer care executives, they always say that this number is not issued on your I/D. When I talked to C/C then they say that pls submmite your new i.d. proof. I did it but still there is no response from your end. If Also have any doubt then pls tell me that after all what is the matter and what I am need to do. I thought that your tata indicom servise very better but unfirtunatly I found it very careless service.
