[Resolved]  TATA Indicom Prepaid Connection — customer care number 12524

My Name Is Ramesh and I have purchased a Tata indicom number [protected] of your local agent, Now in my mobile outgoing calls are blocked.there is no number for prepaid customers, 12524 is not working.
I visited tataindicom true value hub, he is given same number which one is not working and said visit head office

I RECHARGED IT WITH Rs.60 (T2T) in which i got 150 calls only instead of 200 calls
I want to know IF the calls are reduced or give me remaining 50 calls or i will take a legal action towards tata indicom

I am regularly harassed mentaly by welcome tune call and sending continous 15 - 20 SMS within a time a disturbing me for no reason.
We all expect good services from such a big name in telecom industry like you, i specially. I am satisfied with the plans you offer, and i am having 4 cells phones of TATA.BUT some time i found some problem in network in basements, a little remote area of the city, voice clarity problem, customer care problems. I think it just all because of competition and new offers, mean low margin so no investment in infrastructure. Kindly pay your attention over there also, for your existing customers.

Tata Indicom Prepaid Connection — Reduction of Talk Time

Without informing me, the talk Time is reduced for last few months.I informed this matter the Customer Care for Several times but they cannot take any action against this type of problems.Customer Care frequently,reduces the Talk Time with introducing different types of money reducing system without informing the Customer.
My Name is Srikanth and my mobile no is [protected] i hav taken this prepaid connetion last 3years back i dont hav any issues till Dec 2009. From jan onwards ur service is becoming worst bcoz last month i didnt activated any thing to my connection but automatically bible pack activated i hav spoke with cust care people they not giving proper answer so i spoke with Team Leader Ms Vani she said that i[censored] activate then only it will activate so i told her very clearly i not activated live it and deactivate that pack she told to call 155223 so i called to that number and i hav deactivated that after 2minutes i got one message that you are not subscribe to this pack so again i called to customer care people they raised an a complaint no: PTC[protected] regarding this issue but till now they not deactivated yesterday 3rd March i recharged of Rs 10/- today 4th March automaticall deactivated 5Rs regarding Biblepack so again i called and asked them to credit my balance but they are not doing it and told that it will be deactivated in 3hr. I want explination about dis and i want my credit balance thats it.

TATA Indicom — not providing prepaid connection

I purchased a tata indicom motoraola q phone for my prepaid number after some time my phone stopped working due to some problem but when I got it repaired I found that it was not working for tata connection .when i enquired at the tata indicom shop they told that now they are not offering prepaid connection on non t-sim phones .now they should tell me that what should I do with the handset which was made to work only on tata indicom connection.
i am manikandan .sir i have a tataindicom mobile(# [protected]) . now in my mobile joke is activated . i want to deactivate for joke .i have already try to customer care complain for the same but there is no responce so request your help.

TATA Indicom — Blocked my prepaid number

Dear Sir,

I am disappointed by the service provided by Tata indicom Ghatkopar west brunch. Since 6th July 2010 I am using my number which was originally post-paid and I transfered my same numberto prepaid service. Firstly you have my old documents and on 6th july 2010 I still submitted new documents and was smoothly using my cell till 24 August 2010.
And on 25 August 2010 I get to know my documents are not submitted so where is the documents.

tata indicom/ mobile service — not cancelling paid sms

I HAVE TATA INDICOM MOBILE CONNECTION. MY MOBILE NO.IS [protected].EARLIER I HAD ENROLLED FOR A TATA SMS SERVICE[ PAID/ GITA QUOTATIONS. BUT ON AUGUST 1ST 2010 I HAD INFORMED THE TATA INDICOM CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I DON'T WANT TO CONTINUE THE GITA QUOTATION SMS AND TOLD THEM TO STOP IT.BUT THEY ARE NOT STOPPING IT. EVERY TIME I AM RECHARGING MY PHONE THROUGH MY PRE-PAID CARD, THEY ARE DEDUCTING MONEY FOR THE GITA QUOTATIONS. ON 27TH AUGUST 2010 I AGAIN REPORTED THE MATTER BUT THEY ARE NOT PAYING ANY ATTENTION.THEY ARE STILL SENDING. BECAUSE OF THEIR DEDUCTION MY BALANCE BECAME SO LESS THAT I COULD NOT CONTACT MT SHARE BROKER AND COULD NOT BOOK PROFITS. THEY SHOULD NOT ONLY DELETE MY GITA QUOTATION SMS BUT ALSO PAY A FINE OF RS.5000 BECAUSE OF HARRASSING ME.

TataIndicom Ltd — receiving calls despite registering DND

Dear Sir,

I am still recieving Business Calls from[protected]today recieved at 8:17 AM,9.38AM and From[protected] at 12.54 PM to subscribe songs as callertunes,hellotunes despite the fact that on 29 Aug Oct.a request call was registered with them vide reg no [protected] and I was assured that the request would be applicable after 45 days i.e. till 14 Oct,2010 I will have to bear the weight.
today is 15 and time is 12.57pm , I just have recieved this nuisance call 3minutes before.
Call at 121 has stopped Talk to Cutomer Care Executive option by pressing 9, instead advocate that the complaints be sent to Email ID : customercare.[protected]@capital.co.in.
I do not have any choice but write through this forum.

I am sending this letter to you as a hope of getting the quickest attention and action.
