We are proud owner of 8 No. of buses purely Tata. We have purchase last bus LP407 in the name of Dhaval D. Patel bearing chassis number: - MAT35726198F17069 on 30/06/2009. Since our purchase, we are facing heavy problem in FIP. Problems are such that it affects our business heavily due to cancellation of duty (vardhi). Due to FIP problem we can’t run this bus on long route.



We request you to look into the matter seriously because we are totally dissatisfied regarding service from Cargo Motors Pvt Ltd. and Bacha Motors Pvt Ltd.



We are expecting your early reply to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

Kamal Auto Industries — Poor Servicing

Sir,
Today at 10am i went to Kamal Auto Industries for the service of my car Hyundai Accent, there employees didn't attended me for 10-15 minutes and when i asked 1 employee that please listen to my problem(whose name is Dev) he send me to another person(whose name is Neeraj).When i contact him he said me to wait for 5 minutes.But even after an hour he didn't come to me and when i ask him to listen my problem he said that "come tommorow".I just got shocked and ask him that please its urgent.But then he didn't talk to me and said foul words and said that if you want to get your car serviced come tommorow otherwise never.
I want to know how you hire such unresponsible and arrogant employee who don't even attend the person and talk to them properly.I want you to look into the matter personally.

Tata Motors — Dissatisfying Service

I own a Tata Indigo (CS-DICOR, Registration Number – HR16-G-5551
) bought on 27th Aug 2008 from TELMOS Automobiles Hissar, Haryana. The details of the Vehicle are as follows


Till date I have faced the following problems with this vehicle
1) Abrupt noises from the Engine (Feb 2009) – This problem was reported to Tata Motors Service Stations in Mathura, Palwal, Gurgaon and Faridabad. Finally after 10 days, the problem was resolved in Gurgaon. We are as yet unaware of the exact root cause and the solution provided for the problem. This problem was reported and resolved while the vehicle was still under Company Warranty.
2) Clutch Plate not working properly (Nov 2009) – This issue was reported to Tata Motors Service Station in Rohtak and Hissar. Even though the warranty period was still valid, this was not covered under warranty and the entire replacement was fully paid for by me. After the service when we were asked to sign a form of satisfactory service by the Service Center staff, which we refused since the clutch plate problem was not resolved and finally it had to be taken to Hissar Service station for resolution.
3) Sudden Engine Failure (Dec 2009) – The Engine stopped abruptly and vehicle did not start up again. At Tata Motors Service Station in Rohtak we were told that the “Water pump/body of the car is not working and the same will not be covered under our Vehicle warranty”.

We were given strong indications by the Rohtak Service station staff that our failure to sign the satisfactory note could create a problem for us in the future and it is quite clear that the current adamant behavior of the Rohtak Service Station staff is directly related to our earlier dealing with them.

We request your urgent intervention to address our genuine concerns and also to discipline the concerned staff.

We have purchase vehicle 3118 before two year, in the name of Parag Gases & Chemicals Pvt. ltd. Since our purchase, we are facing heavy problem in lift exl, tyre, air break pile line.

We are already send vehicle to Pandit Auto thatewade & Bafna auto Ambegaon every time, but the problems are not solved from last two year. Period of two year this tanker went 11 times for same problem at the place of service point, but problem not solved.

Due to problem we can’t run this tanker.

We request you to look into the matter seriously because we are totally dissatisfied regarding service from Pandit Auto thatewade & Bafna auto Ambegaon.

407 — Service delay

Dear sir,

kindly i would like to transfer my suffering story with peugeot service center in Riyadh , KSA.

i put my car which is still under garantee for reguler service on 23 JAN 2011, they informed me that timing belt has to be change , and till now im not able to get my car back because the unavailibility of the spare part !

the attitude of the service manager there ( Eng. Mohammad rashad) was very unrespectful he didnt show any corporation. it is difficult for me to reach to his manager since he is in another city !

please im really suffering without my car and without a time frame to get it back. its 10 days now and look like it will go more and more ............

sorry for disturbing but really they make my life difficult.... thanks for your corporation in advance.

By the way of introduction, My self Shiv Kapoor Director of New Kapoor Dairy Pvt. Ltd. I have booked one vehicle of your esteemed Manufacture named Tata -709 Hi Deck (LMV) and paid the all amount via Performa invoice dated 21.Jan.2011.

At the time of payment we were promised by Mr. Vikas representative of Kamal Motors (Navi Mumbai) that delivery of vehicle will be done before 06-Feb-2011, but till now after numerous follow-ups with dealer we are still waiting for our Vehicle. Surprisingly we had received reply from Kamal Motors that they haven’t received the vehicle from TATA Motors, which is not easy to digest considering core values of TATA.

We have had booked this vehicle neglecting Eicher vehicle but now we think that this was our mistake. We are writing this mail to you as we are no where till date as our business is suffering a lot due to this delay. Would request you to push your men to expedite the same.

I Mrs.B.Thavamani Devi residing in Chennai. I am owning a TATA ACE Vehicle which was giving a mileage of 18 km/litre in my service.Last month i had a starting problem along with vehicle not exceeding the speed of 40 Km .So i decided to give it for service to the Authorized service center where i bought the vehicle named POPULAR MEGA MOTORS(INDIA) LTD, Chennai on 25th January 2011 .They charged me around Rs 13, 215.00 and the vehicle was given delivery on 4th February 2011.I noticed, that the problem still persists and The vehicle performance was not improved at all.Hence i approached them again for reason for which they asked me to leave it for rework for which i was again charged Rs 5, 037.I took the vehicle delivery, I had the same problem and when i drove the vehicle the speed of the vehicle did not exceeded 20 km. and the milage was further reduced to 12 km, which when i reported to them, without any hesitation they ask me to leave the vehicle once again for rework which i ll be charged Rs 15, 000.How many times a customer like me can pay like this without knowing any proper reason? When i demand for its explanation I was not given proper response, disrespected and i was treated very badly..Moreover they frozen my income for the past one month in the name of vehicle service.I am now in a position where i spent so much of money while the performance of the vehicle was much worsen than before I therefore request u kindly to take necessary action as soon as possible so that i ll be benefited.

My complaint , greivance not query is in relation and in context to my complain dated ...

I had bought a new Safari 2.2VTT Dicor Ex on 15th September 10 ... on the very next day i was in the showroom with a bunch of problems ... Suspension noise left Front ... Temperature metre not functional ... Water Leakage from roof AC ... Front Bonnet nd right Fender not aligned properly ... Fog in the Headlights ... Defogger not Working ... Central locking not functional properly ... etc ... Noone expects a Highend TATA product to be of this quality and grade ... then after much pirsuasion from our end the dealer agreed to replace the vehicle with another safari of same model ... i get it on 20th September 10 in the evening ... now this one to my surprise has a steering problem ... there are different noises when you turn the steering which was shown to the service department the same day ...


But to my Surprise this was not the end to my Misery actually i was again handed over A New Safari on the 23rd Of Sept .... which again had a whole lot of problems within 2-3 months ....

Latter i came to know that the self was repaired as well Anyhow when i came to take delivery of my vehicle it had a different noise which was not in it before this ... the noise was there while Ignition and while turning the engine off ... I had to leave my Safari in the showroom ... After that the following has been done ... Kindly make a note ...

2> I was told its a noise from the Gear Box ... Tried Gear Box from a new Vehicle ... Issue not Resolved
3> I was told its a noise from the Self starter ... Kindly note the same self starter which was repaired 3-4 Days earlier ... Issue not Resolved

BECAUSE I HAVE TAKEN THE KEYS OF MY VEHICLE AND I WANT A TATA MOTORS REPRESENTATIVE TO MEET ME who is Mr S.Chatterjee who is not available and when contacted on cell phone he talks in a very Rude tone and says if you dont want your vehicle to be worked on you can do whatever you want to ... which is what i expect from a Customer Support of M/s Tata Motors the great Indian Vehicle Manufacturers.

Dear Mr S.Chatterjee do u think i have paid M/s Tata Motors for a Brand new Tata Safari to keep it parked at your Esteemed Dealers service station for more than 15 days every 2-3 months or am i a fool who has paid for the Luxury of TATA Safari so that your mechanics can try and improve their skills on it ...

Kindly try to be in my situation and advice me what to do next ... And if you can please provide me any e-mail id of someone who can do something in this regard.

This was my Dream Vehicle and now i am totally Fedup of this Vehicle kindly do escalate this complaint to Mr.Ratan Tata or to someone who can act on this and make improvments so that the reputation of M/s Tata Motors is not spoiled.

My name is Sanjeev Kunde from Pune, I just bought 2 nos of Tata Ace Zips on thee 6the of February and it took me another 15 days to construct the rear cabin after which i started using thee vehicle for my business which is distribution of Poultry and Poultry Products. On the 29the of Feb my vehicles started giving me problems of starting and we suspected that the Battery was a problem and so we gave one of the vehicles MH 12 GT 5956 to the dealers service center Bafna Automobiles at Wagholi, Indecently we bought our vehicles from Bafna Automobiles. The Service station people were RUDE and i think since the vehicle is used by a different class of people they are used to talking to all of their customers like that. The vehicle was checked and I was told thee Battery was a problem and that I should come to the service station take the Battery go to the battery vendor and get the battery checked to which i refused to do so as it is not my job and that the service station should do it to which the reply was that if I needed thee vehicle early i should do it if not it will take a couple of days as the service center guys would do it at their own sweet time. I try to get in touch withe the Owners Mr. Sanjay Bafna who is not of great help to me as nothing changed except that the staff started to be polite over the phone but thee vehicle was still not repaired. I get in touch withe The Service Department Incaharge at Tata Motors Mr. Nehete and explain to him my problem and he assures to get back to me which he does not and when I call him and explain that i am still to buy 2 more Tata Ace Zip and that if thee service is so poor then why should I buy it thee reply he gave me was stunning. Mr. Nehete says that he is not concerned if i wish to buy 2 more vehicles of Tata or some other company and just hangs up on me. I think it is this culture of thee company that has percolated down at thee worker level. My not even month old vehicle is still at thee dealership and I am not sure as to when I will get thee same back so that I can give my other vehicle for repairs.
I sincerely hope that some body will please look in this matter and get back to me.

We leave vehicles for servicing in Prerana Motors Bommasandra, Anekal Taluk. From our place to service centre around 45-50 kms. your service persons are not repairing and responding properly the vehicles when they go to service the problems will not rectified when the vehicles are brought from the service centre everytime the within the next few days the vehicles giving severe problems...

Dear Sir/Madam,

As per our complaint 1-[protected] the person at ashok auto sales had asked for bringing the car at the service centre regarding shocker under warranty change.

Let me bring to your notice that last time when we had given our car for complete service (25-Jan-2013) we had asked complete checkup that time the personnels at Service centre had reported that shocker is in fine status.

But after facing some problem during driving I had shown the car to the authorized service centre at Mathura (Naval Motors) The service personnal had told me that one of the shocker is to be replaced.

So I had bought the car to Ashok Sales as per the lady out there asked me to bring the car to Service center But when I had the car to them they are saying the shocker will not be repaired under warranty and were not at all ready to listen instead they were arguing that why did you not check the car when previously serviced.

Now My question is are the owners of the cars are trained service personnals to understand there is defect in the car or the persons at service centre who after incomplete check up give healthy status report.

And when I bring to notice there faults they become abusive.

I am still not able to understand the bill/invoice raised to me under the part no ZZZZ for free service a copy which is attached to you.

Please check and do the needful.

I have purchased one LPS 4018 DLT 9M. Trailer from M/s. Matsya Automobile, Alwar (Rajasthan) on Dated 06 May 2013 bearing Chassis No. MAT447220D3C04710 and Engine No. B5.91803231C63315103 and after registration the said vehicle on dated 16th May 2013 a very first day Vehicle's Engine failed only after 25 K.M.

I am suffering due to defective engine and engine is required to be changed without further delay as earliest.

Therefore, it is requested to kindly raise this use upto the highest level in TATA Motors and save my right

we have booked a chasis tata lpo 1618 on 27/07/2013 with m/s matsya automobiles alwar also disscus with tata person mr vishal [protected] they told me that if we give payment by 31/07/2013 then they commited for delivery on time with same rate Rs 15.80lac.after that we confurm to HDFC for payment they credit the amount on 28/07/2013 to the said dealer also confurm by both the person dealer as well as tata person. they give us delivery date 31/07/2013 when i call him on that day they give my another date first monday of the month Aug. the vehicle is in transit and con`t able to contact with the transportor which is transport the vehicle .when i again call today to mr vishal & the delear person both no reply my phone after regular try 10-15 times mr vishal reply that he is not lible for delivery of tha said vehicle.when i told him that we give advance to body buliders for fabrication of body also purchase the A/c . body bulider compliet the structure as per tata 1618. then he said that it is your problem not my you are free to purchase AL 12 meter or another assest.


pl sugges that one of the most promising automobile company of india deal with the customer like this at time of period where the automobile industry goes down day by day & person behave like this what he want to do we cant understand.

also the problem is this if the assest is late we can`t able to on road the vehicel on time & give us best service to our customer. the season of festival is coming for that we going to purchase the asset.

also having lose of interest charged by HDFC bank ltd.on amount 15.80lacs

We buy tata 407 sfc cng.
But we suprised to see there only bus cng refilling point .
But there is very less cng pump with bus cng points . There must be both cng refilling point .
Dear Sir, As per our service concern We are facing hassle regarding spare part like Horn since last 1 year and regarding spare part like Shocks- observer since last 12 days for our vehicle Tata super Ace.Our authorized showroom ( Wasan Motors, Aurangabad Maharashtra) do not reply properly for these parts supplying. For your reference our vehicle no. is MH20 DE1800 and Chasis no. MAT483130EYD06000/ Eng. no.475IDT18DVYS43396, so kindly do something regarding this problem.
