Tata Photon Data Card — Dispute on my Bill. Call from high court information center, threaten me to make payment
This is Geetha. I had a tata photon connection which i got almost 2 years back.My usage per month was around 1100 and credit limit was 2500. Later for a month i have received bill for around 5000. I have requested for itemized bill. After so many followups i got the itemized bill, but data in that was not as per my usage. I raised the dispute. But case is closed without my confirmation.
I dint pay the bill as my concern was not addressed and the amount mentioned in the bill also wrong. So i left it.
After 2 years, Today i have got call from someone saying he is from Delhi high court and if am not paying the bill amount by 2.00 pm today, i have to pay the penalty of 25000 and i will be arrested. He was threatening me to make the payment. I' am mentally tortured by the call.
Please see the below last mail that i have sent to tata customer care where i have explained the problem for which no proper response. Even i have been to tata outlets but again no proper response.
Please help me out in this.
Last Mail which i sent:
I have been offered Rs 1000 rupees discount by customer care.I really don't know why i should pay single penny extra for which iam not supposed to.
Attaching the itemized bill sent to me by customer care. Its very clear that bill has lots of discrepancies.
1) TEL_NO is wrong.
2) Duration and units are same for which amount has been filled.
3) In some cases where units and duration are more, amount is 0 and for some cases where units are very less, amount is high.
When i took connection my credit limit was 2500. Who asked you to change my credit limit or why i dint get any intimation when the amount crosses certain limit
MY USAGE IS SAME FOR LAST 10 MONTHS. HOW BILL CAN BE 500% more for this month.
Finally, As mine is corporate connection, I will take this into a serious action. I would like to get proper update on this.
