[Resolved]  Tata - SBI Credit Card — Complaint against tata-sbi credit card.

Hi, i am shilpi from delhi.
I was holding a tata-sbi credit card.
I am very very very frustated with services of this card.
First of all, anytime i drop my check in some drop box,it gets misplaced.
And after doing lots and lots of effort,when i managed to pay my due amout and confirming due balance as zero from customer support executive, tata sbi credit card. I again kept on getting messages for this card that my due balance was 4000.
After many days,i got a call from an executive named sapna (Her mobile no is [protected]), she told me that the whole settement would be done in rs 500.I told her that i had already paid the full amount.
She said, to close the account,i need to pay this amount. She assured me that this stupid card account would get closed once i do the said payment.
I was so much annoyed that i decided to pay rs 500,as my life had become a hell dur to this card.
I paid the said amount to an executive named vivek([protected]) and also surrendered my acrd to him.

Then after months of doing follow up with sapna, i did not get any positive response from her. She always told me that it has been processed, it would be done soon. I was so much fed up with her irresponsible response.

Then one day, i again got a call from tata-sbi cards, that my due amount is around rs 6000 and i have to pay it.

I then called sapna to know about what the hell is going on there.
When i asked her about the due balance, she told me that she has left the tata-sbi credit card company and she has joined a new company. Now she can not do anything.
She said she would talk to her boss in tata-sbi credit cards.

I again called her after 2 days.When i asked her about what has happened.She said she has talked to her boss.
I was so much shocked,when i asked her whether she has the credit card no or my full name or my mobile no and she had none of them.
I gave her all these things and requested to do the needful.She said she would call me back.

After waiting for her call, i called her.She picked up my phone after a long time and when i asked her, she said now she is not bothered about all this. I asked her that she had left the company only some time back, whereas i had done the payment so many months ago. She was not interested to hear anything.
Now everytime i call her, she tells me the same thing that she would talk to her boss in tata-sbi credit cards.
I asked her to give me the concerned person's contact no or mail id,so that i can take the initiative at my end. But she never gave me that.
I called at tata-sbi card toll free no([protected]) also, but no bosy was ready to do anything.

N again, yesterday i got a sms on my mobile from tata-sbi credit cards,that my due balance is around rs 7000.
Hopeless, but i again called her today,so many times i did call her but she is not picking up my phone.

Please take this compaint seriously as this is a "dhabba" on the name of honesty and on the name of "tata- sbi".
My life has got hell and i m feeling very helpless :-(.

Also, in between, i had dropped a mail to customer.[protected]@tatacard.com but what reply i got from there, please find the mail attached below to see yourself.........................
Everytime, i drop a mail to customer.[protected]@tatacard.com , i get the same reply from feedback.[protected]@ge.com....They write that i should write to customer.[protected]@tatacard.com..........................

What a joke is this, i don't understand. But my life has got miserable......

Hi,
I am shilpi from gurgaon. I am using tata sbi card with acrd no [protected] and i am very upset with the services provided.
In the month of september ,i had dropped the check in one of the drop boxes in noida but after 15-20 days i came to know that the check had been misplaced.
Then i talked to the customer care executive and posted a check to the delhi address.Again for another 20-25 days,the amount did not get debited from my account. I talked to customer care executive and i was asked to again do stop payment for the check.
Then in the month of november, i again dropped a check in gurgaon drop box and paid the full amount i.E rs 23,300 as per the outstanding balance at that time told by the customer care executive and had confirmed it with the customer care executive as well that now due balance is zero.
After bearing all this headache and also paying my bank the charges for stop payment of check for 2 times, i got card statement this month showing rs 4000 as the due balance.

I talked to the customer acre executive again. She looked the whole case history and agreed that mistake has been done at your end.
She told me that the bank got my previous checks after i did stop payment of my checks, so they ahd levied the charges for check bouncing and put interest for the whole amount of rs 23,300 and the interests for the subsequent months counted to be rs 4000.

She gave me this mail id and told me that the problem would be solved definitely.
I am very muich frustated with all this insensible service and want to cancel my card just now.
Respond to me at the earliest possible or i have to take some strict action.

And the recovery team is using absolutely pathetic language to the customers i have the telephonic conversation record as well.

My name is Mahesh I have applied sbi credit card long ago, and they have not given any Form number. I was frequently checking with execute who collected my documents but, I waited more then one month still I did not receive credit card. "Later they told you are card holder sir" we have dispatched your card you did not receive for that is the reason it showing you are card holder.Could you please help me to get my card and those people who took my document they are not responding properly. (Please help me to raise compliant or suggest me whom should I need to contact).

I have been using tata sbi credit card and i am getting the best service till now with the maximum credit points.

if some problem is there, please send to customer.[protected]@tatacard.com and if not getting any resolution send mail to customercare.[protected]@ge.com

please try avoid giving any person any money or your card for closing the account. Some people try to deceive people by getting the information from credit card company (ex-employees can do that, so be careful).

There communication problem and we need to follow up with the customer support.

I am sure you will get the resolution within 7 days if you mail to customercare.[protected]@ge.com

My Tata credit card has came already 15 days over but card scorching is working but still online transition not working I have called costumer care also but they have not responding correctly & they have not giving proper guidance kindly help me

I am Sridevi. I have done my whole due amount whatever I spent and not spend also. Then my total outstanding was zero.
Later, again I received a message from SBI tata card that My due amount is 280, when I was not done any payment. It's happening often with this card and still I am trying to reach them so many times to block my card, but this stupid card customer executive's are not connecting the call.

Seriously this irresponsible response not at all tolerable.

This is Prabhat Ranjan.

I am holding SBI Card since last 3 years, i have requested one time to reverse the yearly fee was done one time.

But this year again charged 250 yearly fee and so i want to cancel &amp; Stop this SBI card.

I have tried to call on customer care no but there is no option to speak with customer care or either option to request to cancel the card.

Even i have sent an email to customer care 5 times on same email chain but no response from any of the customer care agents since last 15 days.

Same i had issue with axis bank credit card but they have upgraded my card to no joining fee and yearly fee, also they have reverse my card yearly fee back to 0.

I told customer care that i am not going to late payment fee or yearly fee anyways and charging and sending the bills every month doesn't make any sense.

Please let me know how to cancel the card and reverse the fee.

Looks like very bad service and bad customer experience. Agents should not commit the wrong statement and rules. This is totally fraud case.

I will log an legal case very soon if not taken my problem.

hi i too have tata sbi credit card i am very disappointed by the way bank behaves i am having both sbi &amp; tata sbi credit cards due to maintaining 2 cards they blocked my tata credit card after clearing total out standing in my account they blocked the card i was planned to buy a car by using that credit card i request bank till 100 times to activate my card with out any information to customer they blocked also one more thing i want inform if there is any out standing balance in my credit card they are not supposed to block the card according RBI guidelines what RBI is doing just seeing fun by playing with customers because of these banks prompt customers becoming defaulters the bank are thinking if there is any delay customers they will loose their CIBIL score so they will make the payment we want separate ORGANISATION like CIBIL who will become defaulters because of bank mistakes customers should not loose their reputation with other banks
Tata sbi credit card is the most screwed card ever i used. Do not take it. They will screw you with sending extra bill amount. Now you are totally screwed up
Hi...Iam nilofar...I had an sbi tata credit card too..I hotlisted my card in 2015 and not even using that card which is obvious, no one can uae the card once it is hotlisted..I paid all my dues...now almost after one year tata card people are calling me and asking me for the last due settlement..they are saying bill is for 4500 but they can do settlement of 2500rs..and they are threatening me if I won't pay they will call my current company where I am working right now and they will spoil my name..and they know my current compnay' name as well..I don't knw how is it possible? .they called me whole day..called me from different numbers and called me almost more than 10 times..I don't know what to say..and where to complaint..if anyone know where I can complaint against such behaviour please mail me..my email address is nilu.[protected]@gmail.com...

I am also a victim of TATASBICARD .I am using the Tatacard for the last 7 years and always paid timely payment .In the month of Sept 2016 I was to pay Rs 21, 800/- which was due on 02.10.2016.
As 02.10.2016 was holiday I made payment of Rs 20000/- by net banking on 01.10.2016 however the NEFT was delivered on .3.10.2016.The full payment could not be made as my net banking did not permit the payment above Rs 20000/-.Subsequently on 04.10.2016 I made payment of Rs 2000/- by NEFT from my net banking which was received in the morning of 05.10.2016. In this connection I also remind that Tata Card was to pay cash back in august 2016 which was paid in Oct 2016 .The adjustment of this amount was not taken into account .On 12.10.2016 the Tata-Card charged Rs 1500/- as penalty explaining that 3.5% penalty was made form the Statement date to final payment .In other words a penalty of Rs 1500/- was levyed on the delayed payment of Rs 300.00 by two days .
Is it justified and it is a crime on the part of Tata Card

I requested Tatacard to reconsider and change it ugly rules. When contacted the relationship manager (a lady) advised me to close the Tata-card after payment due in next Statement date .
I have a question if such a capital punishment is proposed they could call me and as a prudent humab being I shall arrange the payment by any means .

I request the authorities to look after my complaint and order for refund of charges

Hi, i am ARUN KUMAR RASTOGI from ROHINI Delhi.
I was holding a TATASBI CARD since 2007.
I am very frustrated with services of this card.
Yesterday (on 16.12.2016) I booked railway ticket and Rs 1410.00 was debited to my card .IRCTC did not booked the tickets for want of payments from SBI CARD .When contacted on 16.12.2016 and 17.12.2016 the SBI helpline told that refund will be made in 21 days .What is benefit of payments by SBI CARD .My money is blocked this means that TATASBI CARD is not proper in doing transaction and one should shift to other card .What is my fault and SBICRAD people is not responding .Suppose I have limited amount at one's disposal and that too is blocked by CARD Provider what one will do .Govt is emphasizing for more and more cash less transaction but Card Provider is doing these non sense thing .It can be a mistake of SBI or IRCTC but I am the sufferer,
