Hi, i am aniruddh shah from hyderabad
I was holding a tata-sbi credit card.
I am very very very frustrated with services of this card. I am the existing tata card customer. I did share the any otp details when i got a call from a supposed bank cum fraud on 22nd february, 2019. She said my card was blocked and sent a message from some number and all. Sensing suspiciousness, i asked her details. She said she has my cvv, card number and previous month account related balance. Someone has done transaction of near about 8000 on my card. So i am not able responsible for this, as for your information i have not shared any information but still there is debit happen. Within an hour, i informed the bank and within the day, i informed paytm. The name of the person as per paytm on filing fir is neeta devi from gurgaon, haryana as well. The kyc details too was provided to the bank. However the bank still asks me to pay up.
After many days, i got a call from an executive (His mobile no is [protected]) but not response the call.
I called at tata-sbi card toll free no ([protected]) also, but no boss was ready to do anything.
Long time pending the case but not solved issue. Your team continue call me payment regarding but i am not responsible to pay this. My cibil score is amazing till now. However due to your non helping nature, i am going to get a bad cibil score.
So i am just informing you regarding this transaction i am not responsible to pay this so it's your responsibility to take the call. Now, i have blocked the card.
Kindly request the my card no : [protected] is deactivated for now and i am not pay the any late charges and interest.
Kindly refund or waiv of the amount.

Increasing Extra Charges on Card even after paying full amount

I have a Tata Credit Card, even after paying the full bill amount of 60000 they applied extra charges to the account and the account balance has reached 5890 now. Also for past 10 months I did not receive any statement to the registered mail id.
I want to close the card and also want the extra charges should be taken back by the concerned department.

Getting the Credit card bill even after i declined the card

I have applied TATA-SBI credit card. They took almost 1 month to process my application.i fed up with several verification calls.I declined card when i received, but every month bill is being generated even if i am not using card.
I would assume that generated bill is on annual fee(2999) and this amount is being increased by 300 for every month.
so please solve my issue as soon as possible.

Kept on increasing outstanding balance
I had a credit card of TATA-SBI in 2008-09. In one of their last statement of 12.02.2008, they included a finance charges of 534.01 INR. When i called up customer care, they told me to pay the amount, but never told me the reason of the inclusion. With many follow up calls to the customer care and paying no heed by them towards my complaint, I paid off the amount excluding the finance charges levied by them and then asked them to close the account.
For nearly 5 years, i never got a call back from them, but suddenly on 18-Jan 2014, I got a call from SBI cards asking me to pay off my outstanding amount of approx. 13, 000 INR !!!
When i asked details, the person couldn't furnish details and gave me warning of consequences if I do not pay the said amount.
I again called up the customer care, where they confirmed the amount but when i asked details they told me that they do not have any details as the account is very old. I even wrote to Nodal officer but for no use.
No one is really listening in SBI credit card section and I am really tired of following up from my side, calling customer care and writing mails to nodal officer.
Please help me to close my account with a rational discussion on the issue.

Annual Fees & Late Charges

Dear Sir,
I have TATA - SBI Credit card from 3 to 4 year and every year they charged annual fees and other charges and every year i make a call to call center and they reverse this charges.
but this year i don't call them and email them about this charges and mail me that you can compulsory paid this charges. and after one month they said me that if you call at the time your charges was reversed but currently we cant reverse and you have to pay amount Charges + Late Fees like =2077.08.
Please help me.

SBI Credit Card — annual fee and late fee
For card issuing agents are told the card free, after receiving the first payment I was observed that there had been a fee for the card issue. This is a well established open day robbery culture for literate fools like us. Please inform the concerned authorities strictly that at least in future innocent public should not be cheated,Since I had been charged a fee and become a forcefully member for sbi card, I had started using. Second statement not relieved by me and hence the payment was not made by me. For this in the subsequent statement they had been charged me under so many heading. Whose mistake is this. A vicious circle these people will create for common person and later on they will push us in a deep well.
Sir I am using tata sbi card but its anual feesis rs3000 it is more so I want to cancel this card first time you gave gift voucher rs 3000 but second time I have not received any gift voucher so please tell me all details about the gift voucher otherwise please cancel my car

debiting credit card amount which i never used..
I have been holding Tata Credit Card since last 3 months. Before two months officer told me about an offer under which the draft of Rs/-12000 on my name supposed to be issued and i can repay amount one month after i received the draft. I have agreed as i was i need of money.
But after that there was no communication from Tata credit card for a month about the issuing the draft. Even no draft i received so far.
One day I got the SMS of total card outstanding as Rs/-12223.This means i need to pay the amount which I never used.
When these people want credit card holder personally to collect the card then why these people don't require the individual to collect the check? They don't need any acknowledgement of delivered check??
So I put one request for canceling the draft in Customer care center. They said yes and i assumed that problem gets resolved.
As my Credit card account is linked with SBI debit account Rs/-12223 has been debited from my saving account.(Even after putting the draft cancellation request)
Again i have put an request to canceling the draft and want all the amount to be credited back immediately these people saying NOT POSSIBLE.
When i said that i will put an FIR in police station against such issue and like to go in consumer forum, office simply replied "OK, you can go".
What should i do now to get my amount back?

First of all, anytime i drop my check in some drop box,it gets misplaced.
And after doing lots and lots of effort,when i managed to pay my due amout and confirming due balance as zero from customer support executive, tata sbi credit card. I again kept on getting messages for this card that...
