[Resolved] Tata SBI Credit Card — Bad services | |||
I have got TATA SBI card, Iam not happy with the sevices. To make an online payment I cant add this card to my payee list and if i drop a cheque that will bounce too . All the time i have to wait for an executive to call me and collect the cash from me with extra late fee payment charges. I have communicated the same to the TATA SBI card people and the executives but no one has answer for this issue, the only advice they gave me is to wait for executive n do payment with extra charges. What you have to understand is that banks are out to make money and they like people to pay late. thats why they havent dealt with our complaint. more over when it reaches a forum like this what banks do to still hold their name is send you a generic replyu like the one above. I can assure you othat even if you send them an email you will get a generic reply form hem saying that THEY ARE SORRY FOR THE INCONVIENCE THEY HAVE CAUSED YOU but the truth is they will still not have this updated and in the end you will suffer.
