[Resolved] Tata Sky — TATA SKY INSTALLATION NOT DONE | |||
Dear Sir I have purchased LG LCD Television and along with that i got TATA SKY DTH as an offer. But since last five days i am waiting for the installation and after several calls to call center no body has even turned out till date. This people are making fool of common Man and we need to take some serious action against them. I have purchased on line TATA SKY DTH on 17 march 2011.The terms and condition according to TATA sky is 3 to 5 days in normal areas and 7 days to remot areas. Delhi and NCR (Greater Noida ) belog in normal areas but did not install the DTH, niether from tata sky site any call . But since last 6 days i am waiting for the installation and after several calls to call center no body has support me . This people are making fool of common Man.So please take the necessory action.
