TataSky — No response
The request for the reinstallation of the TATASKY was given on 17-Aug,2010 but there is no visit of the tatasky installation engineer.I have called tatasky customer care 6 times and every time they are assuring of the call from there end within 2 hours but there is no call from there end till date.
The number of the service engineer provided by Tatasky is of someone else number.
The money is deducted from my tatasky account but the installation has not been done yet.
TataSky — colour channel
i am tatasky subscriber. i have taken packege with "colour" channal, since one month colour channal not see properly, only one channal have proble. i contact to custer care, they promise me after 1 a.m.dt.5.10.2010 channal will start,but channal no see yet. your district engg. saying you have to pay servicing charges and my call is not receiving up to this time.Tata Sky — poor customer care service
the tata sky customer service does not pick phone calls, local delhi no. does not work we keep on waiting after dialling the std to no effect ......... finally there is no way to COMMUNICATE YOUR PROBLEM TO GET IT RECTIFIED!So live with whatever TATA SKY HAS GIVEN & GONE.......................

I am Tata Sky user for Last 3 years, two days back I am facing problem In Chanle 123 (Colors) in Night arounr 7 o clock to 11 o clock this chanel is not getting cleare picture, today i called tata sky help line they tell me that your LNB is not good so Please pay Rs350 to change
But my other chanle are pictures are very cleare why i shoud pay this amount

Tata Sky ID :ID 1-[protected] , Customer ID : [protected]We had Bought an LG LCD Television which was bundeled with Tata Sky Connection. The Registration for installation of the same was done on 10th Nov 2010. despite calling up repeated Number of times to the help desk what i have got is False promises of arranging a callback.
No one has a clue about it and they just make the mockery of the customers.Ridicilous services offered by Tata sky where no one is even bothered to keep the commitments ( small as a callback) made to the customer.
Really really disappointed with the service offered by Tata sky

I have Tatasky DTH connection for TV in Mumbai ( customer ID [protected]).The connection suddenly went off 0n 3/7/10.I tried to contact Tatasky agent,
and their service engineers who have supplied and installed the coneection at
the tel. nos. given by them ( [protected]/[protected]. Either telephone calls were not answered or not accessible for two days.Then I contacted Tatasky Help line on 5/7/10 (noon).I was told maitenance service would respond in two hours' time. However,after repeated follow ups and reminders ,I got a call
to inform me that it may be attended to on 7/7/10 i.e.I have to go without TV for five days.it is a painful experience and I want to surrender this connection immediately.I've already deposited One years' subscription.That may be refunded after deduction for the use period ( one month).
