TataSky — Tata Sky HD Pack cheating

Hi

I have been using Tatasky HD since long and I haven't had any issues when they increased the price of HD package from 75 Rs to 100 Rs at once. However recently they have disabled few channels in HD package with out any notice to the customers. On the inquiry over customer center, they informed me that I would get these HD channels only if I subscribe to the standard versions of the same channels. I could not find any logic on why would I watch standard channels if I am getting HD channels? what is the link between these channels?

They are still charging me the 100 Rs per HD pack but only serving half of the promised channels. according to TRAI regulations this is cheating the customers. They havent sent any communication to any customer so far. They havent updated their website reflecting this.

I would like to seek help from consumer forum and request it behalf of thousands of customers like me across India.

I can not log in to mytatasky.com as I can not find the log in password.My Subs. ID no. [protected]
Digicard no.[protected]. RMN.[protected]. and I have got connection to Tata Sky on & from 02/12/2012.
So how can I register my account in mytatasky.com and log in as or when required.

Can you please let me know How to to find out subscriber no??? Can we call up customer care no to findout with address and the name registered on it. As my owner is away He told me to call Customer Care I came to know I can find out on Remote or Box. At the moment Iam away from my place I would like to activate through online.
