not receiving the signal to mine set top box

i am customer of tata sky dish and my id is [protected] i am not receiving the signal from past 2days i called to the customer care they instructed some method i followed that untill now set top box is unable to receive the signal so pls check it...

Free to Air Channels

Tata sky is not showing all the free to air channels esp. a lot of music channels. At the same time they have no set date on when they would add these channels. I have raised this complaint a number of times with Tata Sky, but they are not ready to give anything in writing. All they do is call me and tell me that they are working on it and the channels would be added soon, but they are not ready to put this in writing....

Unjustified charges

My Subcriber id is [protected]. On 21st Nov'08 my digicard balance reached zero (0) and i was out of station from 22nd Nov to 1st Dec therefore i have not recharged my account. On 2nd Dec' 08 i have recraged my account with Rs. 200 & found that my account balance is Rs.176.62. From customer care i came to know that i have been provided with a three (3) days grace period after my balanvce become 0 & that has been charged now....

how to find out subscriber id number?

we are late for recharge and hence we are not able to find the subsriber ID number.

Active Darshan

Sir,

The Active Darshan (Shirdi Darshan) is rigid and long view and is not clear to visible. While in Add in website and help channel very clear and close zoom. No action on Dealer after several requests.

Misguide by Dealer's representative and sold 4 digiboxes in my name and take payment on 08.11.2008. Next day Tatasky installation team refuse to install digiboxes due to 1 ID x 4 connections in four flats in another names. Delay in providing services

I have booked the Tata Sky DTH Connection on 2nd Nov 2008, by making payment thru Credit card (thru their line[protected].

While booking I was confirmed that within 3 days the order will be executed. On 4th Nov 2008 I was delivered the Set top box by courier. Useless helpline numbers

I am a tata sky user since August 2008.

This is the first time that I have faced an issue with them. There is no person to anwser to your call. It just goes to a recorded message and continues to play the same. I have been trying their helpline for over 2 hours.

I tried all the different helpline numbers but to no avail. Also their website is useless. It does not give any contact details of anyone senior who...

Poor customer service and overbilling

Tata Sky really sucks, they dont have local customer service numbers, if I dial the std call they make me wait for 10 mins after which I give up due the std charges.
They have been overcharging me for 2 months now.. and everytime I log a customer request you keep closign them without addressing my concerns.
Its a totally unprofessional company. They have ability to add packages thru their website but nothing to remove the pacakages...

Relocation harassment

I have given request for relocation of existing connection on 22/9/2008. I had requested my installation to be done on 1st oct 2008. I had called customer care officer for more than 20 times, each call lasted for about 15 minutes average. Till date i.e. 14/10/2008, this issue is not resolved. I request you guide me the methodology to sue Tatasky in consumer forum....

ACCOUNT ACTIVATE BUT DISK IS NOT INSTALLED

i have purchase a tata sky connection on 13 oct, but till today 17 oct they have not install disk . I even call customer care so many times. Meanwhile my account activated and money is started deducted from my account, i got one sms recharge your account, so i recharge my account, even now installation is not happen, i am waiting for it..
