TataSky — recharge failed
SBI Ref No.IG 76196709Last night I had recharged my Tatasky DTH connnection through net banking of my SBI online banking. Funds were debited immidiately from my account but Tatasky has not got recharged yet even after 24 hours. Kindly refund my money immidiately.

I totally second that! Please add Boomerang! It really is the best cartoon channel, and it's a pity that one of the leading brands of cable TV doesn't have it! Charge extra if needed!

TataSky — Directly deducted Rs 500 without intimation
I am Nilesh Vasi located at Mumbai . I had a tatasky connection . Recently I went outstation & my recharge got expired . on getting it again recharge of Rs. 500 on 21st of November 2011 . I was having NO SIGNAL . on complaining about it to helpline no. they suggested a engineir visit , which is charged Rs 125 . which I agreed to pay . The engineer came & suggested to change set top box which will cost Rs 300 + rs.75 for some cable. I & my wife strictly told not to change it & we will not bear the cost of it . Still he changed the SET TOP BOX & my balance was nullified .On cintinues request to helpline no.s & even the engineir who visited my place .TATASKY people are not refunding my amount nor are they giving me my SET TOP BOX back This is straight CORPORATE ROBBERY , since I was having Rs 500 balance on my account they had done this to meSo , before calling a engineir to your place , please see to it that your account is having only Rs. 125/- balance otherwise this robbers will loot your balance.
