If you have any doubt on my words, just take a connection and see the result, only looting, doing fruad and earning money from cutomers packet. Tata Sky has launched Sabse Sasta Bid offer for Beat Cheverlet on 24 jun 2010, but till now not declared the winner details publicly. They have earned crores of rupees and enjoying inside Ac rooms...just remove this company from the market itself...advice all the peoples for not opting the Tata Sky, one of most fraud company in Indian era.

This is with regards to the Installation / customer care service of TATA SKY. Based on the goodwill and name of Tata Sky we purchased one on 11th Sept 2011 and specifically asked the Seller if the service is available before 9AM and after 9PM.
We have a genuine/ personal reason to ask for the same.The Dealer agreed for the same and then we got a coupon and called cutomer care of TATA Sky in front of the dealer and at confirmed about the service timings again and Customer care representative also agreed for the timings.

• Now, its been two days we are continuously following up with the customer care but TATA SKY is not yet installed in our home and in turn the representative replied that I can't do it, you can return it to the seller and get your money back.
• As per the telephonic conversation Mr. Deepak(said to be the incharge) is not replying to any of our calls.
• We need to follow up continuously adn it has become a pain for us.
• We are not able to make to our office timings just because of this installation.As per the conversation going on on daily basis, we get to tknow that person will reach our home at 8:15 or 8:30 AM and will install and we wait for the person and when the time as told be rep exceeds then we move out.
• It is not yet installed and we are facing such issues, i don't know what the hell will happen when it is installed and we face some issues related to the service.This is really pathetic and not acceptable.It will definately ruin the goodwill that TATA SKY is having with the customers.
Is this what the GOODWILL and NAME says?

Hoping that strict action will be taken against it and we'll get a better customer care service moving forward

Sir, Tata sky is very hopless. Services are very poor. I am having three set up boxes. Out of one is not working since 12 days. The box has been replaced three times but failed to perform. Tata sky people are making BAHANE as boxes are not availabe in their stock. Being a old customer I am paying Rs 6000/- per year excluding rent of boxes i.e, Rs.480/- pm. for comlete channels. But no attention is being paid by Tata sky. Thanks for the poor service.
Tata sky is befooling customers by way of showing bonus on recharge etc. Basically, the company is charging very high amount for it does not deserve. But it does not provide services. Hopeless.

I will advise all viewers of this site not go for Tata Sky, it is hopeless company . My experiance for this company is very bad. Company do not provide proper after sale service, since befooling customers by showing bonus on recharge etc. I am a very old customer of tata sky. I have been trapped as I cannot change this DTH into other DTH due to policy. But there is only alternative that I should go to other DTH operator by wasting all existing set top boxes etc. Thanks.

Sir, Tata sky does not react on any customer complaint as it is running with the blessings of respected Tatas or otherwise the company has no standard, it works like an ordinary cable operator. Very Hopeless.
