This is Gurdeep Kaur Arora. My Tata Sky Subscriber ID : [protected].
I have been facing with Signal lock problem for past few days for which i had raised a request to customer care on Saturday, 30th May and have called them multiple times but no response. Followed up many times and every time they would tell me that technician would be coming to fix the issue but its been 4 days and no body came.
Now, this is the worst kind of service i have ever received from any DTH provider. I have used Airtel and other private services in the past and never had these issues.
I would not expect such a disappointing services from a company like Tata. Even calling customer care has been such a pain that they'll put your call on hold for 10 minutes and will suddenly disconnect it. It took me whole day to raise this kind of simple request. After that, i have received around 10 calls from customer care and every time they ask for the address and do nothing after that.
Anyone, planning to buy Tata Sky, please read these review before you buy.

Hello My name is Mr. Ravi kant singh (Sub ID: [protected]) and my registered mobile number is : [protected]. This is inform you that I have recharged my Tata Sky on 1, July, 2015 but I am unable to view any channels. Neither it is showing anything. Whenever I press any channel, there is a message displayed on my TV screen that "No Signal".
I am very disappointed to inform you that being such a big company Tata Sky customer care are not even sort out my simple problem. Even they are not interested to registered my complaint for resolving yet I called many times. Very dissatisfied for the behaviour.

My subscriber no. is [protected]. I have been asking Rs.99 package per month. However Tata Sky is recharging the same for 10 days only. I have seen that there is a package of Rs.99 per month which may be given to me. Please refer your brochure which stipulates Marathi channel, Zee talkies, Star Prvah, Zee Marathi, E Marathi and See 24 Taas, Colors etc. These channels given in the brochure is enough for me. Please convert recharging of Rs.99 to Rs.99 monthly package.

my customer id no is[protected]. my RMN.[protected].my recharge pack south jumbo rs 199 only required but your system showing that you recharge Rs 514 but i dont want any HD channels and active english sports. hence cancel all the channels reqired only south jumbo pack. do the needful immedietly. send the reply to my E mail ID.
