Tata Sky — Verifying Installation
Faulty Setting at installation and interruption occassionally caused no recharging for some months. if it is mend free of cost please contact. My customer ID is [protected] Hi Sunil Kumar Jana,
IF there was faulty installation you should have checked it with the technician right at the time of installation. However about your recharging problem I would advise you to avail the help of customer service they will clear your queries.

My Sub. Id is [protected]. On 16 dec 09 I activated Life style Gold Pack For which Amt 180/- were deducted from my account & validity period for this pack was 2 july 2010. But Unknowingly on Dec 17 09 Life Style Gold pack was dropped from my Subscription Without any notice. When I enquired about the same to TataSky I was told that there was system error due to which the packageage is drooped & now they are not providing Life Style Gold pack for commited period (till 2 july 10) & asking for more amount to be recharged for the same pack.This type of activity is fraud & cheat to the Coustomer which is not tolerable.
Hope for Quick & Prompt Action

hiReally this is useless service . never been tell any body to go with tatasky .
I am also suffering from the same issue . my mobile number is [protected]. i recd sms the technician are coming on 23 oct 2010 for the whole day no body called and when i m calling to tatasky it was around 5 calls every duration of 25 min, 35 min and 50 min . these are very careless guys .
One more thing they are saying u can receive like this sms also . i talk to chandu and rakesh they will keep u on hold for 20 min minimum, there is no team lead in tata sky all are the executive level.
It's a waste money and time to talk with Ms. Sri Karuna SUPPOSE TO BE Team Leader with the same details as received sms of timings .the new answer came is She don't aware of the things ... and don't have the records ...
Still suffering from tata sky s already paid for a year amount ...
Next year throwing really...

Same thing i am also facing. I bought the product yesterday and till now no body called me that for installation and when making the call to customer care they are saying that within two hour they will come for installation but nothing happened.

Tata Sky customer care is the most useless, unprofessional department anybody can ever imagine. They need 15 days to change a dish to a distance of 100 ft.
No action on your requests, complaints. Every day you get a call but no action.
One of the most unethical, customer unfriendly company of TATA group. They really believe in the word Customer "Cust se Mar"

It is a big shame for TATA group that this kind of service is being tolerated by them. I always have had highest regard for the group but this seems to be the beginning of an end to their pro-customer approach. May be they are also catching up with the rest...
It is a month since I have fully paid and bought a connection for the best package they offer and to my dismay it is yet to be installed by them. As a matter of fact their local service guy wants bribe/money to install the connection in addition to what is paid while placing the order. Or else every time i request for installation he reports back by saying that the society does not permit. There are 74 more connections are installed in the society and in that case how can he say that there is no permission for my flat?
The CEO says he did not pay bribe to get the airlines licence and expect me to pay a bribe to his subordinates to get my connection installed. WHAT A SHAME Mr. TATA...

Hello My name is Mr. Rakesh Chandra Nautiyal (Sub ID: [protected]) and my registered mobile number is : [protected]. This is inform you that I have recharged my Tata Sky on 18, November, 2010 but I am unable to view any channels. Neither it is showing anything. Whenever I press any channel, there is a message displayed on my TV screen that "Currently this channel is not available".
I am very disappointed to inform you that being such a big company Tata Sky customer care are not even sort out my simple problem. From the last five days I have contacted your customer care centre several times. But as usual like other customer care they hardly bother to resolve the issue, they just try to get rid of by saying that "we will send our executive at ur place within in 24 hours". In detailed thru or friday I contacted Ankit he said the above mentioned statement.Next day I contacted Varun he says the same thing than I contacted hitesh and Sefali they also says the same thing that "we will send our executive at ur place within in 24 hours". They before Yesterday I contacted Narendra Senior exe. but even he can't think about his responsibility. Yesterday I contacted Himanshu, even he can't. I have also worked in customer care, and I know all these fundas which they try to give there customers. I do not know what is ur motto. But I think being working in the customer care you should try to sort out there problem instead of avoiding them.
Now finally, I have a humble request from you either you can sort out this problem or atleast send somebody to remove ur dish from our house.
