[Resolved] Tata Sky — No option found to pay through Internet Banking | |
On website "www.tatasky.com" there is no option to pay renewal subscription through Internet Banking. I went through the instructions given in 'Ways to Recharge' (through by Credit Card), but I could not find any such option to pay through Internet Banking. Then I contacted on helpline[protected], but was not clarified and no proper guidance was received. Tatasky Ltd. has to investigate the matter and make available the 'recharge through Internet Banking' facility to subscribers. Was this information helpful? | |

On the website they have mentioned the options available for payment i.e. Payment via Credit Card, Auto Debit Facility, Payment via Recharge Voucher
Cheque Payment Facility, Mobile Recharge. Also payment can be made through ITZ cash cards. Internet banking is not provided on the website as it is not included in one of the modes of payment. The customer care too must have been providing the available option out of which internet banking does not come under their scope. It is a good suggestion that customer should be provided with more options for payment with addition in its services modes of payment too should be added.
