[Resolved]  Tata Sky Digicomp — we recharge 1200/- for 12 months subscri but not activate

we recived a massage from tata sky, recharge by 1200/-for one year,
we recharged 1200/- on 28/04/2011 and make call to custumer care,
answer by contect persone your pack will be activate within 48 hours,
now after 4 months recived a massage from tatasky recharge today,
this is company fault, why we pay more,?
after contect custmer care not reply proper and ask from exucative
postal addres for send a leagle notice they are not given me,
